I am brand new to real estate and have lofty goals of making money off of it, actually any form of passive income. Have you heard of either Fortune Builders or Freedom Mentor? Both seem like legit programs that aren't scams. However, both seem extremely too expensive and I have heard that neither offer as much as they say they do prior to signing up. I have also heard of programs that are a lot cheaper and even FREE. I live in the Philadelphia area. Do you have any advice for me to get my passive income ball rolling? I make 20 a day of my small home here In Fl, your the goat. I’m glad u went over this topic. 12% interest is terrific, I don’t know the backround on his credit. On my house I make a 24% return.

We are almost ready for the next one. I am happy this one went well and we had very little issues with it. Although as many of these I have done it better have right… Although they are not all as simple as we know. Anyhow ready to move to the next deal soon with you. I have 6 other projects going on right now. As soon as I find another deal that looks good we will make it happen.

Yeah, I wasn't comfortable with much of anything today; choppy is an understatement. Kept trying to get filled on UGAZ and kept missing my fills. So frustrating, but patience is always the better option.
Thank you for sharing all you share.. When it comes to stock I'd say breaking bad habits is one of the hardest things to overcome.

What I'd be most interested in is how you administered the loan. Some questions that come to mind are: Did you hire a lending attorney to write loan docs? Did you screen his credit yourself and how? Is the property collateral if he defaults?
Good stuff sir! Even $63 a day doesn't sound like much, but it's an extra $15,000 a year. About the same as a minimum wage job. If you're working minimum wage, better to do this.
Not the best return for the dollar amount i invested. But what i learned from Lenny was 100% worth it! Let me know what you think!
