Here are the 5 most ‘overvalued’ housing markets in the US — they could even see prices plunge 15% to 20% if a bad recession hits. Fannie Mae forecasted at the start of the year that the average 30-year fixed mortgage rate will rise from 3.1% to 3.3% by the end of 2022. The Mortgage Bankers Association was somewhat more optimistic about mortgage rates, projecting that the average rate will increase to 4% by the end of 2022.

I <,watch your videos everyday and almost all the time. I absolutely loved this video. Great explanation through coin recent earnings report gave me more faith in the future. You were spot on! Luv it! Appreciate you doing this daily. Bitcoin has been holding steady over the weekend. The cryptocurrency had been able to beat the $24,000 mark last week but had retraced downward not long after. However, this retracement has not had too much of a negative impact on the sentiment toward the digital asset. As bitcoin has started upwards once more, the market sentiment has been incredibly strong. I'm glad I got into crypto when I did because it’s been a turning point for me financially, been my best decision so far. I tend to lean toward the bull side right now. Though I day traded lastnight, what a night, made a nice amount of money. At the end I didn't hold, I dumped everything and now my USD is sitting on 2 exchanges, sent the profits to the bank. Polkadot and Avalanche did exceptional, in fact Avalanche is still going up right now, it past $30, which it hasn't been at since the month of May, I sold at $29.8. I'm quite happy right now. Ada Cardano is trash, I'm getting rid of that coin. It NEVER performs.. $8000 in it and it barely goes up when every thing else does. I'm done with that useless coin, it's a waste of time and money. My personal advice is for you to get into crypto market if you haven't already. I believe its going to skyrocket soon. I don't know how soon but its very likely for it to happen. So far venturing into day Trading my crypt0 assets with Mrs. Robin Moore daily trade signal i have been able to trade and accumulate over 16 btc with an elementary 4.1 btc. Great< video and some nice tips! This is a scary time for new investors but the best thing you can do is not to make decisions based on emotions. This could actually be a good time to buy more of your high conviction stocks or crypto on a discount. Wealth is created during bear markets, not bull markets. If your portfolio is really effecting your mental health then delete the app and go for a walk. Let the market do its thing and have a long time horizon

America, let’s buy homes at the highest price ever even higher then 05-06. Ok we will gain equity. America let’s keep buying homes no matter the price. 2019 home sold for 500k 2021 sells for 780k 2022 sells for 840k. Oh shit I think we might have over payed. Let’s start selling. Sell sell sell. The house you just bought is now worth 650k. Panic. We need to sell before the market tanks. Sell for 500k where the home was priced at in 2019. The buyers didn’t buy in 2009-2013 when homes were 200k they wanted to pay 700-800k cause interest rates where low. You can make this shit up. Americans will never learn and always be stupid.

    LOW VOLUME!!!

  15. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars SJ M8 says:

Even 50% price drop would be multiples of what average Americans can afford, what really needs to be done is a little mob rule, lynching of landlords and home price inflators. If there was a public hanging every Sunday of inflators, prices would go where they should be right away. Americans have to wake up and start standing their ground against greed.

They are coming down fast in tour area because they were the highest in the last 2 years and first to go up a lot of areas have not came down maybe 5-10k rates are dropping again only way is foreclosures across the country or massive job layoffs across. There’s a lot of building issues and scarcity to compete with used homes

Super on point Ricky… feeling the same here in East Bay CA (fyi im licensed). You're professionalism transfers to real estate too I see haha very awesome.. Btw u ever think about growing out a little dad mustache? jk.. maybe look good

<Great info and insight as always. It's kind of irresponsible to ignore the fact that each ETF launch and geopolitical issues so far has caused a major dump at the peaks of cryptos {BTC}. A lot has changed and that's on everything but the truth is I don't even care if the market is bearish or Bullish because Katherine Penny Mandell got me covered as I have made over 11BTC when i started at 3.5btc implementing her daily signals, strategy, insights and guidance on my trades…

  23. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Prairie Bilton says:

I thought people liked paying high prices at increased interest levels. My real estate agent keeps telling me.

  24. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Matador Invest says:

Would this make bulls more aggressive as markets are low to buy property on the dip later considering interest rates are expected to drop in 2023 and property investors selling up to get the low of the market to rebuy property at a discount later with potential lower rates? Would love to get your thoughts

  25. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Coolkicker99 says:

Yes but this is in a desert! Who wants to live in the +100 deg weather with potential water rationing in the future. Speculaters pumped the prices over there and that regional bubble popped. Not here in the Bay Area. A house sold in June in my neighborhood bought for double asking. The ghetto areas are dropping tho, but “safe” neighborhoods with good schools are not experiencing price drops, just a slowdown in price increases
