What do you do to start your day? What do you do to hit the reset button? What do you do to hit the go button? If you look at work-life balance, and certainly what's happened over the last call, it's six months, a lot of people are getting up in the morning and they're just going to their office. Aka, their house they're out of the routine of like get up exercise, take a shower. Get the day started. Have my cup of coffee put on a bulletproof outfit and go? I don't know what the unintended consequences will be for the vast majority of us that are working every single day that have fallen into the trap of not hitting the go button of just getting out of bed.
Having a cup of coffee sitting down in front of my laptop and just starting my day, because i can, in this environment versus those of us that get up start our day with power and whether they're inside their physical office or at their home office, they started Their day, the right way am i saying morning routine, no, you know you should get up and you should do gratitude. You should exercise and you should journal. You know all that stuff, but my question for you is: if you were really being honest with yourself: do you roll out of bed and just start right and go into the day when you actually get yourself bulletproof and then start your day just for this week? Try the bulletproof strategy see what happens and let me know in the comments.
Yes too many of us just sit back. Need to get out there and make things happen!
