Good video mate. I am waiting for my fixed mortgage period to come to an end, then I'll be switching to a B2L as i now have enough equity in my home, then move into a run down property where I can add value

Thomas, what do you mean with "convert your residential home into a BTL"? If the residential mortgage has 5% deposit to convert it, do I need to put other 20% down?
