A PHD holder has given us some proper statistical analysis of the true AMC share estimation. Even when applying PHD level stats, there are still around 1.5bn AMC shares in issue, the SEC NEEDS to act NOW.

A PHD holder has applied not only an 80/20 distribution but even a 94/6 distribution and this still shows that the number of shares in issue is way over the 513m legal number of shares, and this is while discarding anyone that holds over 10,000 shares AND discarding all of the institutional shareholders. CRAZY.
In addition to this, a cyber security professional has reviewed the Say Technologies platform and whether it is likely to leak your data and steal your AMC shares.
This is just baseless FUD being spread as there are so many laws and regulations against the selling/spreading of data after historic scandals, especially the spreading of password data, and these kind of crimes DONT go unoticed - companies are outed in media spotlight all the time for data leaks and some never recover.

Welcome back to channel everyone today, a phd holder has given us some proper statistical analysis of just how many amc shares are out there, and i also want to talk about whether say technologies is safe or if it's going to steal your account information. Trust me guys. You do not want to miss this video, so stay tuned and let's make some money, but before i dive into the video, i just want to give a massive shout out to the new apes that have just become part of the team and join the patreon. If you haven't already i'd, really consider joining the patreon and becoming part of the team, so you can get urgent updates and news and due diligence about amc before i even make a video linked in the description below and, as always guys be sure to drop a Like down below subscribe to the channel and ding that notification bell, if you haven't already so that you don't miss another video, just like this one and now i want to dive straight in with the key information.

So some proper statistical analysis and more realistic estimation of shares as a phd holder in a hard science, it was really grinding my gears to see bad or uninformed statistics just taking the average from the voting and multiplying by 4.1 million apes. This is way overestimating. The shares so i wanted to find a grounded in actual science. Lower limit.

Don't worry, the news is still good. I wanted to invoke the 80 20 rule on this one, which here will basically translate, as 20 of the apes are doing 80 of the work more or less. This is a very accurate assumption that 20 of the apes are doing most of the voting and holds 80 of the shares. There's gon na be a lot of new apes that only own one, two, five or ten shares that haven't voted because they don't think their vote will count for much and therefore a lot of the people doing the voting hold hundreds of shares, if not thousands or Tens of thousands of shares - what i mean by that is, let's say, 20 of the 4.1 million - are holding more shares than the rest of the apes.

I'm going to assume a sample size of these people would have the higher average of 1 185 shares that we're seeing from the voting for the 80 that are not, as involved, i'm going to say that their average is 120, which is the number that adam aaron Fed us back in june and oddly 10 of the average that's coming through from the voting. What this does give us is a bimodal distribution. 80 of apes have an average of 120 shares and 20 have the average of 1 185 shares for a normal distribution. We need to know a standard deviation as well.

I selected a standard deviation equal for both sets to their averages, meaning basically the bell curves are as wide as they are tall, not visually mind you but math wise. I used excel to compute the distributions, ranging from one share to 10 000 shares. I then found out how many shares i held at each count. The x value multiplied that by the number of shares at each value and then added the two curves together to get the following graph.
For example, there's 6 840 shares held by people that only have one share 1.1 million held by the people that have 100 shares. So what this graph shows us is that, obviously, most people are here, holding 120 shares, they're 80 and the remainder of people holds somewhere between zero and 10 000 shares again. Obviously the number of apes holding 10 000 shares per 8 is going to be much lower than the number of apes that are holding 1 000 or 2 000 shares per ape, for example, so he's basically combined the two averages adam aaron's average of 120 shares and The new average of 1 185 shares and then given 80 percent of the waiting to adam aaron's average and then 20 of the weighting to the new average. So, as you can see, this is bimodal because some apes, the passives, have a low average and some apes that active have a high average.

Of course, there are some passives with a high share count and some actives with a low share count, and on top of this, there's also going to be active apes that do have a high share count but can't participate in the vote because they're based in canada Or the uk, for example, to get the total number of shares. We then just sum up the curve, and that sum is 1.48 billion shares just held by apes, ignoring institutions. You also own about 120 million shares, so it sums it to about 1.6 billion shares. An issue see it's still good news still three times the float still impossible to cover, but not so high that it's unrealistic and unbelievable to non-apes note.

This is a lower floor from assuming the wide standard deviations and throwing out shareholders over 10 000 shares. So it effectively also throws out large apes and also throws out any institution, because the maximum used in this graph or in this chart was only 10 000 shares per ape, so anyone holding more than that was just completely discounted. Edit of interest to note, even if you took away the 80 of the 4.1 million shareholders with the 120 average, you still have 980 million shares or nearly twice the flow again ignoring institutions. Basically, if you go back to this graph and you just completely ignore anyone holding between zero and 120 shares or anyone holding between zero and 500 shares just completely remove, this you've still got 980 million shares held by all these remaining apes.

So, basically, by completely discarding anyone that owns less than 500 shares and summing up the rest, you've still got 980 million or double the flow edit. Regarding the 120 share average for the 80 percenters. This was stated by adam aaron in june, after the date of record. That number was arrived at by dividing the legal number of shares by the number of shareholders.

Do i think that was the real average back then? No, because of all the illegal synthetic shares that weren't counted in adam aaron's average adam aaron simply took the total number of legal shares of 513 million and divided it by 4.1 million shareholders. Getting the average of 120, so even adam's average didn't include the synthetic shares. The company cannot give any indication of the actual share count if it's over the legit number of shares, i'm using this number as a lower limit, for my analysis, revamp this section for an extreme flaw. Let's consider the following: considering there are 28 000 apes voting on the question and 31.5 million shares between them.
This gives an average of 1 185 shares plus or minus 0.6 percent. I'm going to postulate that this represents 10 of the apes that are active apes and have the higher share average. So this becomes 266 000 apes, which is 6.5 of the total shareholders, meaning the whopping remaining 93.5 have an average of 120 shares using the same above calculation. That means there are at a bare minimum 840 million shares.

So, even if you disregard the 80 20 rule and you go through a 93.5 to 6.5 rule, as in most of the shares being held by only 6.5 of the apes, you still get 840 million shares. If you want to assume that only the 26 600 apes that have voted have an average of 1 185 shares and the rest of the apes have a 120 share average that still even gives 564 million shares. So if you just pretend that all of those uk european and canadian apes that own more than 120 shares and can't vote, simply don't exist and own zero shares, you still get 564 million shares total. That is absurdly low, as there are plenty of apes with high share counts that aren't voting or can't vote and all the institutions.

On top of that, and just to appease that guy, who wants every ape to average 1 185 shares, then there's 5.32 billion shares. I also wanted to give you a cyber security, professional's input on, say, technologies played and the amc earnings, retail investor q. A vote count good afternoon apes. Something very important is currently going on with amc that, if you aren't aware, could have a substantial effect on the moas and we can all have a direct impact.

If you haven't already heard this guy pointed out in this post that adam aaron's recent decision to announce a public q, a presents us with an opportunity to publicly count our shares. This is made possible through say, technologies, a company that facilitates retail investor q. A sessions during earnings calls for small cap companies, typically, it's not being feasible or necessary for large companies like amc to host the q. A for retail investors, however, due to the massive interest from retail investors in amc, it would seem they found a reason.

So why are we even taking a vote, and why does it matter? Many apes do not realize that proxy voting services like through df, king and co, are not allowed to make public statements regarding overvoting, which would otherwise be a legal proof of naked shorting. This is due to the sec rulings and laws surrounding insider trading and making unsubstantiated claims of fraud, which could land amc and all of its executive staff in hot water with the law, especially if those figures are subject to an ongoing investigation by the sec. And that's exactly why amc announced that they can't comment on naked, shorting or shorting of amc shares as a result, even though there may absolutely be naked shorts, and even though adam aaron and his staff may know that the number of votes they received during the shareholder Meeting or sketchy as hell, they are legally bound to keep their mouths shut. In my opinion, this only further cements the fraudulence of our markets, but nevertheless there is a loophole.
If amc investors connect through a legitimate organization, such as say, technologies, which was capable of verifying legitimate shares of the company and the following applies, this company does not materially benefit, nor does it possess any conflict of interest. In regards to the number of votes collected, the company does not receive nor disseminate substantial non-public information through its services. The company publicly provide the number of shares or votes cast to discuss any non-specific issue regardless of outcome, and the company does not hold any stake or incentives for disseminating or publishing that vote count. Then the organization is not obliged by law to withhold the vote.

Count for any reason, since this voting service came out, i've seen literally hundreds of comments and tweets, claiming that this is a trap that adam aaron is trying to scam us somehow and that somehow, by signing up for this voting service will result in shares being stolen And that that will hurt the squeeze baseless fear-mongering, like this attempts to incite terror and prevent apes from getting their shares, counted by convincing them of a ploy to steal their shares. All of these examples do not take into account the absolute mountain of legal and financial regulations that ensure such things like this do not take place and that data is not stolen, whether it's legitimate fear or fud being spread. I am here to settle those fears and squash the fart, i'm not a financial advisor, but i am an infosec professional. This may perhaps be the only thing.

I can actually say that i'm qualified to speak on as an ape here is the privacy policy and disclosure page on their services site. But i will draw your attention to specific areas of what information is collected and i would encourage you to read this disclosure in full detail so that you can fully understand why you are agreeing to provide when signing up or what you are agreeing to provide. When signing up the above is what is collected by a service called plaid, which is a web application, programming, interface or api that allows banks and financial institutions to authorize direct communications on behalf of account holders. This includes your share details, trade history, account fund and share balance and the contact information which you use to sign up with your broker aka.
It doesn't take your passwords or any of your personal information or two-factor authentication or mother's maiden name or any of your security answers. This is for the purpose of counting and verifying your shares to determine voting power and, additionally, to supply contact information which can be used to reach you in relation to the shareholder voting services. Before you panic, it's important to recognize that, in accordance with an incalculable amount of legal paperwork, your credentials cannot and will never be divulged to. Anyone if played, must store your credentials.

It's done in such a way that it uses a special form of storing them called password hashing. This is a special way of converting your password, such as password one to an irreversible string of garbage. Like this example, shartie 56 hash of password, one. The only way played can check your password is by asking you first for your password again.

Then it uses the same conversion on the password you just sent, compares that to the hash plate has stored in its database and finally permits access to the institution in question. If the random hash and jumble matches i'll leave the rest of this article in the link in the description for you to read yourself but just know that say, technologies is safe. Guys be sure to. Let me know down in the comments below what you think about the phd students analysis and whether you think say technologies is now safe.

And if you want to pick up some shares in amc. But you haven't even yet signed up to a trading platform. Be sure to sign up with fidelity because they don't sell your order flow to market makers like citadel who root those orders through the dark pool, basically don't buy shares in amc with brokerages like weeble or robin hood, because they do sell your order flow. Although saying that weibo is an excellent beginner investment platform, they've got great, charting they've got news, they've got company fundamentals and figures.

They've got option order. Flow they've got absolutely everything, so if you do want to buy some other shares, like apple amazon, tesla or netflix, be sure to use my link to weeble down in the description below to get some free shares or, if you're from the uk be sure to sign Up with free trade, again link in the description below to get some free shares because they also don't sell your order flow and, as always guys if you enjoyed this video, be sure to check out some of my others. Alternatively, subscribe to the channel and ding that notification bell, because that way, you'll be alerted when i upload a new video cheers.

What I would I like to know is why rules and regulations (unlawful or otherwise) apply to retail traders and are dealt with pretty much immediately, but if it concerns HF's, MM's, trading platforms or the government, it can take months/years to come into effect. They sit, talk it over, make a bill that comes into effect in let's say October/November or next year. Yet the BUY button can be taken from us overnight with no real consequences or real explanation, usually a small fine which is easily affordable to them. If the little people commit fraud it means gaol time. It's just sickening that us little people who strive to make a living every day are constantly suppressed in our endeavours of making a comfortable life for ourselves. With that said whatever we make on our trades ends up going back into the economy anyway, so why the constant fight back?

    His numbers are on point.
Even if the old way you did before may include the institutional voting
But this is the size of the ape army.
The legit need to do a full count.
Maybe even change the way all this works.
By adding crypto to the actual vote to verify actual shares . almost as an nft non-fungible token…
Cuz this is insanse the price keeps going down but three times the float is owned.. Not to mention yahoo. Finanace says the float and. …. I got a pic

Seeing Robinhood stock going from $38 to $85 today just gave me more confidence that AMC will moon when it is its turn. Stay strong APEs, HODL and don't get distracted with Robinhood cause that is exactly what HF wants. However, if you made profit on HOOD then use it to buy AMC.

he’s assuming 820k apes own almost 1.2k shares? maybe i’ve been poor to long, but that seems high? i know one person who got an insurance settlement and bought a bunch at 12 but i don’t think he had that many. how big was the 8.01 army? apes from before then are the ones i would think were more likely able to buy that many shares. anyone know if this movement was near 1 million by the beginning of the year?

  8. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Matthew Lavertue says:

Just want to say to the OG APES, I know you all bought in at a lower price then me, but when the price of AMC went to $77.00 a share you all could've sold out at a great Gain and did not. I got into this stock because I love the Movement. I cannot imagine watching your gains at $77.00 dollars now go down again, I am down myself much money but not to the extent as the OG APES. Thank you for Holding, it is because of APES like the OGS is why I am in this play. I don't know when but I do know we all will walk away with great gains, some more than others, but I will remember this movement, because even though we don't make changes to the Market ( which remains to be seen, I do feel the market is corrupt) we will show the Hedge Funds the market just doesn't belong to you but al!!!!!!!!! Again to all the OG APES your Passion is my Conviction in AMC. To all the Young APES HOLD Strong young Apes for the OG APES HELD Longer so we could be in this play GOD BLESS SEE YOU ALL ON THE MOON!!!!!!!!!

Shorts on AMC only have 1 real play left, bankrupt their future in hopes of shaking the Apes off the tree. Do you think Ken Griffen cares that he's once again the main cause behind a financial crisis? Why should he? Since the last financial market crash he was a major contributor to, he is now one of the richest men in the world. He makes over 60 million net a month (according to his ex). Banks and the Market already seem to be preparing for a Citadel collapse to cover their position in AMC. But mark my words, the people are going to continue to get robbed by Wall Street and the Federal Reserve (group of private banks that cannot be audited – controlling the private printing of U.S. dollars) until the people wake up and abolish the Federal Reserve.

I just wish Adam Aaron steps up to the plate and implements a strategy similar to the Overstock CEO to stop the injustice. The retail investors believed and in my opinion saved this company and we are also his primary consumers so I’m hoping for clear strategy and ACTION on their end. Just my personal opinion. Good luck to my fellow Apes.

if I don’t receive a voting right letter from AMC, does it means that my brokers (Robinhood) sold me a synthetic share? Do I have the right to sue them? What do you guy think about this plan?

  29. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Blindspot Spotter says:

So, I'm sure this is like the obvious question but within reason do we know or can we know:

    3. How many and what % of shares are owned by institutions?
    4. How many and what % of shares are owned by $hitadel and other hedgies ?
    a. How many and what % of these shares are shorted?
