My job is great and gives me fulfillment and I know that I'm growing in that career too! I also work with a killer team. If I start to grow my income too much and trading will be more lucrative, I'll honestly just have my boss work me 3 days a week or something!

Went full time and never looked back. Consistency, taking base hits and not falling for FOMO (and if you do, take small size) are the recipes for success, assuming you have your basics down.
