Today I Want to talk about what Elon Musk has just said about AMC and the SEC and why he thinks change at the SEC is absolutely necessary. I Also want to talk about Charles Gasperino and the downfall of his wife streaming business. so stay tuned and let's make some money. And now I dive straight in with the key information.

So Elon Musk has called for a complete overhaul of the SEC amid his recent lawsuit and this article was posted on the 5th of October just a few days ago. So if you didn't know the SEC have been investigating Elon Musk and have just sued him over his recent purchase of Twitter again, just more corruption at the SEC. So what did Elon have to say about the SEC and AMC it says Elon Musk has called for an overhaul of the SEC on Thursday the same day the agency sued him in an effort to compel him to testify about his purchase of Twitter. He said a comprehensive overhaul of these agencies is sorely needed along with a commission or along with the SEC to take punitive action against those individuals who have abused their regulatory power for personal and political gain, and he said that he can't wait for this to happen.

He believes the SEC needs to be completely overhauled for effectively failing to do their job and that any individuals who have been abusing their power for personal gain be dealt with AK Those individuals like K Griffin who have been abusing their power and political donations to get whatever they want for their own personal gains. Now the SEC is accusing Musk of failing to comply with a subpoena as part of its investigations over his purchase of Twitter last year. They believe Elon Musk or any other persons, individuals or entities may have violated some federal Securities laws it seems Elon Musk is being sued over and over again time Time and Time Again by some individuals out there or an individual out there that doesn't want to see him succeed. Obviously by now, Elon Musk is wise to what's going on and that's why he knows the SEC needs to be changed.

We know Elon Musk has also spoken about shorts and illegal and abusive shorting time and time again on Twitter Maybe that's what he wants to see changed in an SEC overhaul for the SEC to actually investigate and prosecute illegal and abusive synthetic shorting. But the Amcap has also tweeted saying breaking news: Charles Gasparino Wife Streaming Company Cobble Cord has officially gone out of business, so this screenshot shows the trademark for Cobble Cord's current status is dead. It has continued use not filed within its grace period and therefore the trademark is unrev. We know a long time ago.

Charles Gasparino sided with these shorts because he wanted to see streaming platforms succeed seed over AMC He wanted Amazon streaming or Amazon Prime and obviously his wife's company Cobble Cord to wipe out AMC That's why he tweets every single day trying to convince people to sell their AMC shares so that his wife's company could hopefully come back and be profitable. But it seems the company is now either bankrupt or is just at least closing. Charles clearly tries every single day to beg you to sell shares of AMC because effectively his employers and wife's business are suffering as a result, but instead a continues to improve and continues to improve its profitability. Maybe that's 4.4 billion worldwide. Add on the additional $5 billion in consumer spending and that's nearly 10 billion in revenues from the Taylor Swift Erors tour split that between Taylor Swift and AMC and the other theater chains and that leaves AMC with at least a billion dollars in profit. and maybe it'll be a billion dollars in profit for Taylor Swift a billion dollars for Beyonce and another billion dollars for whoever else turns up. Next, soon enough, AMC be generating three to4 billion dollar in profits per year, which is actually more than many large tech companies in the S&P 500 like Tesla For example, many huge companies in the S&P 500 like Salesforce only generate around a billion do per quarter and therefore AMC could soon enough catch up with many of these large tech companies and even out earn them.

Considering Salesforce has a $200 billion Market capitalized sttion which is around 200 times the size of AMC's market cap, it seems the AMC stock price has a lot of ground to cover and a lot of upwards Headroom. So as the AMC company continues to generate more and more profits, the AMC stock will continue moving higher and higher. Similar to many companies over the years that have beat the short Sellers and squeezed them over a longer time period like say Tesla or booking.com Now Robert has also tweeted saying it only takes 5 minutes out of your day but to sign this petition from we the investors which is the company ran by Dave La that former Sadel employee. This petition is about the members of the House Financial Services committee that are trying to stop the SEC from making progress and Headway to make the markets more transparent.

It says some members of the House Financial Services committee have decided to listen to a small group of powerful firms like Citadel and Virtue and are trying to stop the SEC from doing anything to fix our Market structure. In the 2024 final Appropriations bill, there's language inside the bill that says None of the funds made available by this act may be used to finalize, implement, or enforce the Rul making entitled Regulation Best Execution Order the Competition Rule and Regulation Nms Minimum Pricing increments. Basically that the House Financial Services committee are trying to stop the SEC from reforming payment for order flow and better execution. Now, obviously, you don't specifically have to join this petition, but they do suggest making your voice heard by sending letters, writing and calling Congress and even give some draft scripts or some suggestions for you to use.

Even though many of us have been writing to the SEC and to Congress for some time now, Dave La does believe progress is being made, but progress is also slow as it takes a while to reform Decades of SEC failure. This is effectively the exact same thing that Elon Musk is calling for as he's calling for SEC reform and an SEC overhaul. and if sending letters to the SEC and to Congress will eventually cause change to happen I think it's a good idea.
