Oh in a single day, elon musk, let everybody know he might quit tesla to become an influencer same day. He actually responds for the first time to gordon l, johnson and in the same day, he sits down with investors and lays out a whole plan for tesla. For 2022, including production estimates, this is insane. This dude can do things in a single day.

Most of us won't be able to do in the lifetime. Now, in this video i'll tell you all about it all the details, everything you want to know, but i also add a cherry on top because you're going to stay in the little video you're going to find out what's the real story with the elan stock sales, It does a lot of fun a lot of lying, a lot of on mainstream media about elon's selling his own stock. I'm going to explain everything about it and the results which will be backed out by numbers are going to shock you. How inaccurate the information you are being fed by mainstream media is about what really is going on with the sales it is insane, but before we start, as always in my videos, i only ask of one thing: don't click, nothing, don't smash, nothing don't buy nothing.

So, let's start with the first piece of news: elon musk goes on twitter and says: hey, i'm thinking of quitting basically tesla in order to become an influencer. What do you think? Obviously, a lot of famous youtubers responded, including mr beast.

At this point, i think mr beast might be even bigger than elon on social media, not sure and basically gave him a lot of tips now, of course, i want to give him my own tips being a hyper, successful, youtuber myself. I want to give him my own and by the way, there's a lot of people going to take me serious. I i didn't really mean that that was sarcastic, self-deprecating humor um. So basically, i want to give elon my own tips for potentially video ideas for his new career as a youtuber check this out, i written this down.

Video number one. This stock is going to mars like it spacex you get it to mars, how to avoid production. Hell how to deal with haters and trolls, i bought my mom a tesla new car reveal and, of course, how much tesla paid me this month. Now this video, we all know the answer to - is literally zero.

The man has no salary, but get this. If this dude would receive a dollar for every post he put on twitter, he would be oh wait here. It is a billionaire now there's a lot of people out there who might take him seriously. So, for you guys, i want to make it clear this twitter post is a joke by elon, he's not really contemplating quitting anything.

This is a joke, a hundred percent. I guarantee you that so for all y'all who's about to take him serious chill the down. This is just a joke now check this out. I want to talk about something serious so that something serious is, of course, gordon l, johnson, the man whose middle name is literally taking an l, so gordon johnson went on cnbc, squawk box and, of course, as always started talking about how tesla is facing problems.

You know basically the fact that this year and next year is going to be horrible margins are going down, they don't have any new cars. You know it's like watching a one of those russian bears in the circus riding around on a bicycle. It's so amusing and people pay money to watch it. That's why cnbc came bringing back and by the way i used bear intentionally, but we do actually have russian bears in circuses.

You know riding around bicycles and playing drums and whatnot. This is literally what it is at this point: it's just a circus now elon for the first time, replied to gordon l, johnson in history and all he did is basically put two laughing emojis, which is the proper response for gordon l johnson. Now, on a serious note, actually, let's talk about what ellen did yesterday, which was monumental. He actually sat down with investors and they laid out the whole plan for 2022 for tesla.

Now, a few gems in that conversation, first of all, texas and berlin, are about to go operational this year before end of year 2021 and actual full production next year. He said that 2022, texas and berlin are going to have similar results like shanghai, did in its first full year in saying how fast they got there now more importantly, he also said in that meeting that, even though the street expectations for tesla for next year is 1.27 million cars they're gon na do 1.5. In fact, he said that the only thing that can hold them back is just a supply chain issue with batteries if they can get over the battery problem, they'll do 1.5 million next year. He also said something really interesting.

Is that the cyber truck is going to go into initial production by end of year 2022, which actually would comply with what he said by basically mass producing 2023? But that is just the little news, the small potatoes now in this next clip. I want to explain to you what i think will happen with tesla stock in the next few months. I don't know if you guys heard, but you know over the past few weeks, elon has been selling a lot of shares and mainstream media is making shish kebabs from this, as one would expect now. Here's the real story so far i'll give you just the numbers.

I'm not going to be sitting here, giving my opinions and you know interjecting and just you know putting my own men crush on elon on this full display. I want to give you numbers so check this out. So yesterday, elon sold almost 1 million tesla shares. Now that puts the total of shares sold to 5.5 million ever since that famous twitter poll now yesterday was the 9th of december.

Now the 9th of december came and we didn't get a split. Like i told you, we won't get a split, but we got him selling more shares and him announcing that he's going to become a youtuber or slash an influencer. I guess that's what he was talking about so so far. He sells 5.5 million shares total of get this 12 billion dollars of cash that went into his pocket.

That's fine and there's a lot of articles in mr media saying well: elon is just trying to get rid of tesla now get this. You know how many shares elon purchased during the same time where he sold the 5.5 million shares i'll explain in a second you're about to see a surprise. So, during the same period, elon purchased 13 million shares of tesla. So, in total, his holdings in tesla went up by get this 7.5 million shares.

Why would elon sell exactly 5.5 million shares? At the same time, he purchased 13 million shares. Well, here's the answer, boys and girls when he bought the 13 billion shares. It's because the options he got way back are expiring in 2022, so he's basically exercising the last batch of these options and when he exercises 13 million options into 13 million shares, he has to pay 50 tax and how much is 50 of 13 million. You guessed it it's about six and a half million, so him selling five and a half million is just purely to pay the tax bill that money ain't going in his pocket boys, that's as simple as that.

A mainstream media won't tell you that, but i will, but i also have a cherry on top. If you stayed this long in the video here's, a quick tip where i think tesla stock is about to bounce like crazy. Now, right now, these sales are keeping the stock a little bit down. We saw the same thing with talent here.

Whenever you have insider selling doesn't even matter the reason, there's a pressure on the price to go down, and, according to my calculations, that batch he got of options that is about to expire in 2022, he's about to exhaust it. If he just continues at this current rate of sales in about three weeks, so in three weeks he's going to be done, selling these old options in order to pay the tax and the share price, i'm guessing, would definitely go up because we're not going to have Elon selling millions of shares every single day, so i'm guessing if one would be so inclined to buy tesla shares, probably would be a good idea to wait three weeks until elon finishes selling the existing batch of options and then ride the wave all the way to Mars, just my opinion now i do want to share with you my video, where i explain exactly why i think 2022 is gon na be a huge year for tesla, with or without inflation, and i think inflation will be much more impactful than people know.
