In today's episode, we're going to talk about stock Ticker VFS a small Vietnamese electric vehicle company that is currently operating at a loss and whose founder made 60 billion dollars overnight. That's right, this company ipo'd on the NASDAQ last week and hit a low of about 11 a share. The founder owns 2.3 billion shares and today the stock went up to over 40 dollars a share, an increase for him of over 60 billion dollars overnight. Well that sure makes my trades seem very small.
But I day traded it and knowing the ownership structure actually gave me a little bit more confidence to trade this stock. To the upside as it was squeezing from 18 to 20 to 25 to 30, 35 to 40 all the way up to 46 dollars a share. and we're gonna break it down in today's recap.

All on paper. Not realized gains. Has restriction on the stocks he owns and can't cash it out now due to lock up period. By the time he can sell it will be way down. Still dude make a killing. He was already a billionaire before going public so no change in his lifestyle.

As one whose been swing/day trading for about 25 years, the difference between the service that Ross offers you as opposed to others, is the nuances such as the back story he's telling you about here. That information in conjunction with the technical knowledge, can make a world of difference! And that's coming from someone whose primary focus is on the technicals as opposed to the fundamentals.

If you don't have margin and your under the pdt, your done. If you can't get in and out of your trades. It's almost impossible. What makes my day this is that I have a paper trading account I started with $18,000 in March. I doubled it, but I put $900.00 in a cash accoun account. I'm down to $55.00. It's because I can't get in and out of position like I can on the paper account. Cmeg here I come. Thanks so much Ross. I'm starting it with $3,000 that should give me $18,000 in margin total. I believe I can do this. Your strategy works best for me when I have margin Ross.
