Warrior Trading // Ross Cameron // Day Trade Warrior
What's up everyone? All right? Well, it's about 10:30 and I'm done for the day. I'm shutting it down a little on the earlier side today. no reason to over trade. I'm up 40,000 dollars and you know what? Today was a little bit of a close call because on my well, my first trade on the day was on Eks.
so now it's a pre market. so I was up about 4,000 or 5,000 maybe even more. Just pretty market. might even been closer to 10 and let's go back and check.
But in any case, some nice trades on Eki. So pre market the bell rings. Got a couple more trades and a nice red to green move. So I made about twenty eighteen, twenty thousand dollars initially on it and then another six or seven thousand a little later in the morning.
So that put me up twenty. But then I was trading I and o at the same time or sort of in between and on that one I actually ended up losing eight thousand, three or four trades, red on all of them. and so at that point I was like alright, I'm done with this stock but I was up maybe ten or twelve thousand and that's kind of like alright. this is a good day, but it's not crazy good.
I might want to just step back, you know, not over trade, not push my luck, not try to go for a forty fifty thousand dollar a day and then a PBO did a break of you app setup I jumped into that twenty two thousand shares 2324, maxsize, twenty five thousand We got a full dollar plus to share. It made twenty three thousand dollars right on that trade and that put me up forty thousand on the day. So ended up being a really good day thanks to that last trade. But you know of course the last trade if it goes the wrong way, could also get back half my profit and like it did yesterday and then I have to be done for the day.
So yesterday, that's what happened today. It went in my favor and ended up doubling my daily gains a little more than doubling. So solid day. I Hope you guys enjoy the recap.
it's Thursday tomorrow's Friday We're gonna try to finish up the week strong and I'll see you guys back here first thing Friday Morning. All right, make sure you tune in, hit that subscribe button, hit the thumbs up button so you can watch my free market watch list. We'll be live-streaming right around 9 a.m. All right, see you guys the morning.
All right you guys! So let's see. we're gonna do our recap from today. So this is where I sit here. Forty thousand, five hundred, twenty two dollars and 86 cents.
Another solid day. Definitely trading with bigger share size today now. Ph R Ph CF I was kind of watching this one back down in this area because it was a pretty clear fat flat bottom. So I might actually add this to the classes.
So sometimes I'll just grab these for a quick screenshot. So let's see that like this. So the flat bottom setups and flat top setups essentially what you're seeing is a very well-defined level of either support or resistance. Now if the stock breaks that level to the downside, it's breaking support and that's showing a lot of weakness and so that usually would be a short set up to short a flat bottom breakdown. It's usually a long set up to buy a flat top breakout, but you can buy if the support level doesn't break and you can sure if the resistance level doesn't break. So in this case you've got a full dollar share off the low from for back up to five. Now it's a break of view app setup but I'm not gonna overstay my welcome today. As you can see I am red on Ino This one got me for $8,000 I Had three trades on it in three losses so my first trade was right out of the gates right here on this for the break of 2650.
It was a micro pullback I was looking for it to snap through that level and I took 10,000 shares so I stopped out of that with a four thousand dollar loss I then got back in right here and then stopped out is it dropped back down right here I then got back in right here and stopped out right here and I I just I wasn't doing dip trades on this I was doing breakout trades but I didn't really get into the zone of feeling comfortable doing dip trades on it just because some of these dips were I don't know. It just felt like really big and it was breaking support levels. so I don't know I I'm a little annoyed that I didn't trade this better because it's up significantly from my first entry points. but it was not.
I mean this breakout ended up actually being good on this ABCD setup and this one was okay. but the ones that I traded right in here just kept not working very well. So it is what it is. it's You know, sometimes you have the right idea and your timings a little off and you know that's gonna be the difference between being green and being read on some of those trades.
So so that would have been a nice entry on the ABCD pattern. So pull back to there and the breakout right there. so I can also add that one to the classes. So first I'll do flat bottom breakdown on what was what stock was that pH C F and then we'll have the the flattop setup there as well.
So anyways, yeah, kind of an interesting day here. a little frustrating on that trade now Eks so was a pretty good one and this one actually started pre market with my first trade now I can't remember it was oh I was gonna get in here for this double top break at 5 I missed my entry I got in at 5 10 so I bought it at 5 10 and it squeezed up to 5:35 It then pulled back first one-minute camel to make a new high right there and it pops up from 5 29 up to 548. Does another pullback right here. rips up through 550 and that was a clean trade up to a high of 585.
585 topped out on one-minute false breakout right here and then sold off at the open. Popped up, drop down and then ripped right here and I took this trade and was holding into the halt. It resumed and squeezed up to a high of 690. Then it pulled back, came back up a little bit here but has now faded again. So on that one, $25,000 in total profit. Generally trading these pull back, pull back to pull backs and selling into the breakouts Apv Oh I didn't trade this one. Free market had very light volume I actually didn't take a trade on it until right here. This was where I took my first trade no sorry I took a trade on it right here and I lost 500 bucks I Tried to do a break of view app set up last 500 and was done.
or maybe it was right here I can't remember it was one of these two spots I then got back in it through here and this gave us a squeeze up to 9:20 dramatic drop back down to 840 and then as it ripped up right here I Bought 20,000 shares and was holding into the halt. twenty one thousand shares long so I was already up into the haul it resumed I added for the break of ten and it squeezed up here to a high of 10 15 and then 10 25. I took it off the table and finished a twenty three thousand, twenty three thousand dollars and on that stock and that was just in this move right here that so that made up to five hundred that I lost previously and then VC thousand dollars on this one hit the hide a momo scanner you can see this little pullback actually got in it a little on the higher side up here it was opening up I bought a micro pullback on the one minute and it squeezed up to a high of 90. so small profit on that and then back to Ino which is my biggest disappointment today is its continuing higher but you know it was.
it was just it was it was really choppy I don't know I mean it doesn't look it but I mean this was an entry that was aggressive at 47 and it didn't break and I took 10,000 shares I thought it was gonna right away I mean I just I really thought it was gonna rip through that pre market pivot and I was wrong. So I I took ten thousand shares because I've had some good profit on it from yesterday. nine thousand dollars I then got back in and then flushed down. Stopped out, tried another trade back here through 27 and stopped out again.
So I just felt like man I'm I'm not dialed in on this one and then I didn't go back to it during this period here. So it is the way it is, what it is. Sometimes that's how it goes, but I'm happy with the day and we'll live to trade another day. So of course I'll be back at it first thing tomorrow.
And the good news here today is that Summer School students. we can jump into summer school classes a little on the earlier side this morning so we'll get into Summer school. We'll keep going through the curriculum those of you who may have missed a couple of classes and all the classes are recorded so you can go back and watch the recordings. Nice five-minute setup on an MVC and pH C F Nice see, it's squeezing back up to the high, but again, I Don't want to overstay my welcome Ap Vo bouncing a little off those lows, so be interesting to see how how some of these finish today.
But in any case, today, it kind of feels like we've been in a little bit of a hot cold market where Monday was cold I was actually red on the day Tuesday was hot I was up sixty-two thousand or so. yesterday was a little colder I was up fifteen and then lost ten was up only five and today I had about twenty thousand dollars of profit on Eks so but at that time I had any thousand dollar loss here. so I was only have twelve thousand on the day and that was kind of like it's not really feeling like a really great day. and then I got that one trade on a PPO that gave me twenty plus thousand dollars of profits. so that ended up you know, turning day rhythm so well adding some nice product. So anyways, that's it for me and I will see you guys back at it first thing tomorrow morning. Oh hey, I didn't see you there. Hello, Ross Thank you for keeping us updated. Have you used medvedtrader? What is your impression about it? Thank you.
Hey Ross, I just subscribed to your channel and signed up for the webinar. So one of the big attractions to trading for me is the idea I can trade for the first 90min of the day, lock in profit and spend another hr or 2 updating my watchlist and call it a day. Is that realistic?
Hi Ross, Im 29, been trying to trade (mostly swingtrading with 10k) for my second year now and also am on my 2nd year for a "9-5" which is the first job I like but im not gerting financially ahead there anytime soon. Im playing with the idea of only working 60% so I have the 2 first opening hours of the market to start daytrading. I really could need some advice.
Thanks Ross
Hi ross maybe when your are recaping you should tell us the amount of money mor than the amount of stock… i know its nt usual thing that you all do in you job but it would share the risk you are taking and show other poeple the way you are making it … and it could show to the small investor if it could be an earning income or not to them … it would give them too an opportunity of acceptance to there own risk … being where you are take practice and practice and you can't get popped to get into your shoes when they are just started… what i like with you is you are human or seem to be LOL in you way of doing it ….thank you …
for the trade today .. why do you enter so high when it does not respect your ethics?i taking about the 20 dollars plus share where you did a loss?
Ugh🤫🤔Epic f.o.m.o/r.o.m.o:
Tread careful now, obv. Ekso, could be Rwlk. Vxrt is better, but was faded at oct 2017 $12-13 candle, technical event date, for some bio’s. Was I, I right about fading Nvax, ONLY after achieving, it’s peer Mrna angle and shape, the same price is merely man-made.
Pet-peev of y’all DT’s, is conviction time believe in overflow. Ino, great example, never focus on specific number just because it’s big now. Specific price, is merely psychological. It will, kill conviction to hold, remember, hold is not just holding longer, but timing the cover, as well. Solution: sell or cover, things in chunks. Rather, focus on angles, shape, and percentage (yes it’s a number, but really measure of peer group/move in sympathy to).
Its up 160% to 10.50, considering it was pumped up by traders do you think its a good day to short ekso?
Hi Ross, great vids.. im new to your channel 🙂 do you use any CFD for all of your trades? I'm based in Australia trading asx. Thanks, Cal
Congrats Ross. I need some advice. I used to have consistent huge losses. I have now learned to cut my losses quickly but in doing so I am now averaging 75-125 in daily commissions which is also my average daily win or loss. Any advice? Thanks
Your a monster Ross, are yoy using level 2 to time entry or to.confirm thesis with these trades?
Do you ever buy the dip on the EMAs. What do you consider the support? just the vwaps and EMAs?
great day for you as usual. i traded first this morning to give myself a cushion. then i let my wife take over while i supervised and she blew me out of the water. she is learning your techniques better than i have….lol.
for some reason the notifications arent coming on my phone for these videos anymore but i finally dug myself out of the hole i dug Tuesday finally green on the week
👌👍👏
As usual, nice work Ross. Three days out the gate on paper trading and 3 green days. Today EKSO $600, APVO $9200, VXRT $1200. I really need to get better with my technique though. I'm doing a lot of trades and not recognizing the setups as I should. I'm only on Chapter 4/part 3 of Warrior Pro. I guess it'll all come together as I complete more chapters. Great program, its really helping out a lot.
Ross, Are you using Tradestation ? I see you have Lightspeed on the left corner too ..
Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesh!!!!
What camera do you use for the outside vlog portion, Ross?
Nice job Ross! EKSO ran after market too but good display of self control walking away green
I'm glad to see stocks in the EKSO type of price range are popping up in the scanners again. That 3 – 12$ range is my sweet spot!
