Warrior Trading // Ross Cameron // Day Trade Warrior

What's up everyone? All right? Well here we are: Monday morning and I finished in the morning up 400 bucks. It's a green day. It's not a home run, you know. Unfortunately, today I did have one really nice trade out of the gates on specs but then I gave it up on the loss on Ayanna which you know is a good thing.

I cut the loss because the stock is now down like six dollars a share from where I sold it so you know whatever it is what it is. This is a tricky market to trade and we actually had a 15-minute long circuit. wide market. Why? the circuit breaker hauled.

the entire market was halted for 15 minutes because the S&P 500 was down more than seven percent which is crazy. It's the first time I've ever seen that happen. So these are historic market conditions, but while the market is red, I am green and I feel good about that So as always questions, comments, leave them down below I Hope you guys enjoyed the recap and I will see you first thing tomorrow morning. All right everyone.

So we're gonna do a midday market recap. Finish the day up $490 Green day but not the biggest green day. I Had a couple of really nice trades on specs and then I had one kind of tricky trade on it. So this morning was very unusual because we got a market wide halt for 15 minutes right out of the gates.

Specs you can see was squeezing up. this was gapping up just about let's see 204 percent. So it's great that the leading gapper is the one that I'm green on and my entry was actually right down here for a red agree move I waited for the pullback, bought that dip and sold. As it squeezed up, it hit a high of 552 which was an awesome dollar per share.

at that point I was up $4,200 and still holding 500 shares. and then all of a sudden it dropped and halted. And that's when we got the 15-minute circuit breaker haul on the entire market. It resumed and dropped to a low of 4 I stopped out my 500 shares booking a total of 36 hundred dollars of profit.

It dipped down a little bit more and then what I decided to do was at 384 I went long and that was right here. So I went long right here on what I thought was below because I was like this is extended to the downside and it popped up to 90 and then flushed down and I stopped out and I lost over $1,000 So I was up only about 2,000 on the stock and then it did exactly what I thought it was gonna do right idea, wrong timing but anyone to get back in right here because I felt like man I just stopped out here. If I get back in here and then stop out back down here a second time I'm gonna be so frustrated so I didn't get back in there but I did end up getting back in for the break over $4 which was right right here. Came back up to four I got back in right there and sold right up here.

This was a very well-defined flat top at four. we had hit that level several times and so so on the 1-minute chart. that was the level that we were watching and he was even well-defined on the five star right here. so that was a good trade.
Made 1200 on that and that got me back to up 3200 on the stuff. Meanwhile, I lost some money on a I M My first trade on it was along right here at 350 but I took small size because I felt like it was a little risky buying a double top. It ended up working and then I'm this pullback right here I added back the first one minute Campbell to make a new high and unfortunately that failed to break over for it double top and I stopped out when it came back down. so I'm down I was green on it and then I ended up being red on it by $400 LP th was the last stock that I traded and this one I Guess I should have waited for more of a pullback I got in at 68 right here for 69 as it was squeezing up I didn't wait for a pullback I thought the volume was I mean the volume was increasing and so I saw a sort of just a micro pullback and I jumped in it and I was too aggressive there I Know this one, this one's really difficult to trade.

Um, you know, kind of frustrated that they even tried it. we were watching it as it bounced back up on this pullback right here and then squeezed up and you can see have this long period of consolidation right here. I was looking for the break back over 1750 right here and well, it failed. You can see that big drop so I didn't do very well on this one, but that's okay.

it's a green day, not by much. but you know green is good and this is a day where the overall market has been such a focus, with the market being down 7% at the open now bouncing back up a little bit. currently down five and half percent. That's overshadowed a lot of the action in the small caps.

I Think the best opportunities that we had today were on specs for sure. $3,200 was great a I Am aim. It was also on the Gap scare, gapping up 66 percent. it was certainly worth a stab.

I'm only down four hundred on it. No big deal LP th shoulda waited for a pullback I Ino too aggressive. took 3,000 shares that was too big of a position and the stock can drop really quickly. So I would say the lessons from today generally our continuation that when I'm patient and I wait for the pullback I do well and when I jump into things as they're squeezing up at least lately I haven't been doing as well so you know, wait for that pullback.

another reminder wait for the pullback and I also could have stopped trading maybe sooner. You know when I gave back the profit on that drop on specs what I thought was gonna be a bottom bounce but ended up failing. You know I could have at that point said all right I'm throwing in the towel and done but you know I stuck with it so ya know it was my own fault, but live to trade another day. All right.

so you know that's kind of where I'm at here. Finishing up the morning could have been a pretty nice $4,000 maybe at least $3,000 day. I pushed my left a little bit so press the reset button and you back at it first thing tomorrow morning. Alright, that's it for me.

I bought spex at $2.58 but then I saw it drop to $2.40 and sold it when it climbed back to $2.58. 30 minutes later it doubled 🤦

Hi Ross, do you use Sterling trader Pro for your platform?

First off I would like to say I have never bought any of Rosses programs he sells now with that being said. I know Ross has been trading for a long time and he’s a professional and I respect him but seriously he says 3K isn’t a home run. If people would just realize what 3K a day in the stock market a year would do for their livelihood (roughly 750k before taxes), I think people would actually set goals and walk away from trading for the day because with these momentum stocks and if you know how to play them (emphasize knowing how to play them) wait for the set ups that YOU see value in NOT anyone else’s opinion matters because it’s your money at risk. You can make money every day while you of course manage your risk at the same time. Just know what you’re doing, practice, study and what was most important for me was simulation trading, also NEVER give up. The market is not your friend and it’s NOT easy to play but its very possible if you are determined and persistent. You’re in this game to make money so why get in something or stay in a position that clearly wasn’t going according to your plan. Manage risk and take profit!!!

So you risked 20k to make 3k? May as well just go play poker bro. I'll make 3k off 3k playong poker lol.

  7. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jpeezy 3M says:

I lost -150 when it halted and gapped down to 1.82 looked like such a good set up or just me? I was getting out at the red candle but it was to late

  8. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Vipul Kapoor says:

Ross, do you think market is over reacting to corona virus? Do you think the end of the crash is around the corner?

  9. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars John Wilson says:

I did well on SPEX today off the dip at $4………

Yeah Buddy! Green is green. Unfortunately I had to switch back to paper trading a while back. Got caught in a halt going down so I had to reevaluate some stuff. Today though, doubled up the paper on AIM!!! And most of it was on scalps AFTER the boom. Volatility was intense and the price action was clean and predictable. Magical beast of a stock today.

Ross you’re doing a good job, but you have so much BP. Why not do more!

  13. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars ScrapMetalJoe says:

Ross – please don't be sneaky because you are better than this. In your title it should read +$400.00 and not this sensational +$3K – I think you know what I mean and you'll be much more respected in my books if you know what I mean. I know you are not telling fibs but smokes and mirrors we can see through too.

Great job Ross glad to see you continue the momentum from Friday. I took 2 trades today. 1st trade on $SPEX I actually watched it dipped below $4 and as it came back above it I bot then added to full position on the break of 4.5 and taking profit along the wait with best exit around $5.30. I then thought it was going to go into a halt at $5.52 so I got back in bot false halt and then got stuck in market halt for my first halt going down. When it opened I covered 2/3rds and held the rest thinking it would get back above 5 but stopped out when it broke below 4.5 with mkt order that filled in the 4.20s causing me almost all of my profit from the first trade. Decided after that roller coaster and emotional mess to call it a day and watched $INO make picture perfect moves.

  15. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Aaron Shubert says:

Up 6.5k on $SPEX today. Took a $700 loss on $AIM… kinda pisses me off a little lol. This is my 18th green day in a row! Going for that 56!!

  16. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jeff says:

I feel like your strategy is based off micro pull backs and not major support buy pull backs which mitigate risk esp with the large share sizes you take. I’ve had only 1 red day so far this year due to changing up my strategy, I used to trade with your approach and it would constantly cause me to blow my account but I’m happy you made it out the red zone

  17. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars CokenOpi says:

i think i might take a few days out and not trade this week. its just too wild for me lol

  30. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars #Philosophy says:

First day trading after taking off a week from blowing up my account. Is smallest account I’ve ever started with $500. Took a trade after hours, stock was running had big pull back jumped in and made 68$.
Have to keep picking away like you said.
I had no risk management before and just finished reading your book. Anyone who is thinking about trading, Rosses book is a must. Wish I had it in my hands over a year ago when I started.
Just wanted to say thanks again for all you provide.
