Welcome back to the channel everyone today i want to talk about charles gasparino, talking about the amc, nft, sdo or security token, offering. I also want to talk about the newest amc whale, so stay tuned and let's make some money, and now i want to dive straight in with the key information. So, let's start by hearing what charles gasparino had to say about the amc: nft try to get your hands around. This amc probably couldn't issue a dividend, but if you issue the token it could have inherent value.

Okay, quahoges says the token will trade on patrick burns or the the t zero platform that was founded by patrick burns, yeah, the former ceo of overstock uh. The purpose of the concept is to put an nft with value into the hands of amc shareholders, so they get something in value: the shareholders now here's the secondary and if he called it an added feature which is fascinating. It will, he believes, end the debate once and for all over whether amc is subject to naked shorting. Why is that? If you have this this, this dividend right, um and you've lent out the shares right, the people that you've lent out the shares to hold shares that it's that are essentially owned by somebody else.

The broker lends the shares out. You know in terms of a short sale, the ultimate owners. The holders are going to want the shorts, the broker to get those shares back, so they can take. They can basically get the nft get get the dividend right.

That will create this situation, where people will eliminate shorts. Well, you'll start buying this like crazy. Now, if there's these synthetic shorts, which is these sort of wickedly open positions where there's no borrow or no, where the borrower doesn't have to be matched uh or doesn't have to be completed, you will see that so it's a fascinating plan and by the way, this Whole issue of whether there's naked shorting on amc, whether it's controlled by dark pools, i'm dubious, i don't believe mark - is we're going to hear him. Give that side of the story.

I don't think it's the big deal, but mark does we're going to one way or the other we're going to find out what's going to go on here, and this is historic because you haven't seen something like this before i mean listen, the city of miami issued Its own token, and they are making money - that's that's different. Any institutions currently lending out shares will have to recall them to ensure the rightful shareholders can get their nft for an institution to recall their lent shares. It will mean the other institutions and hedge funds that are currently shorting. Amc will have to cover their shorts and on top of this, because only 513 million nfts will be distributed. This is around 1.2 million dollars worth of amc calls expiring in december and towards the back end of december as well, and therefore we can see that cryptocalio isn't buying calls that expire in a few days. He's buying calls that expire next month or in a month and a half, and not only that but cryptocalio actually added to his cool position, and he now holds around 2 million dollars worth of amc calls.

So why is cryptocalio choosing now of all times to add massively to his amc position? Maybe he's seeing something the rest of us aren't or maybe he's seeing something that the rest of us are also seeing. If we have a look at the amc chart, we can obviously see this area of resistance between the 43 and 47 mark when we break out of that area of resistance. The next area of resistance we have is around this 52 mark and then it's clear sailing. All the way to 72 dollars, but amc is also riding this upward support line as well.

We had this false breakthrough or false breakdown of this support line back here in october, but then obviously returned back into the wedge. Amc has obviously retested this area of resistance. Multiple multiple times and is just waiting for that next breakthrough. Cryptocalio obviously reckons that's going to happen sometime in november or december, in line with the third cycle, and therefore that's why cryptocalio has added massively to his amc position and has become the newest amc whale, and i also wanted to give you an update on more bankruptcy Proceedings issued against evergrande, dr marco meltzer, posted on linkedin, saying more bankruptcy proceedings filed against evergrande we're not the only ones filing for bankruptcy.

The case is in the stage of litigation at wuhang people's court and other courts as well is accepted by courts and has not yet been decided. Cny has analysed on twitter a shanghai stock exchange report showing that another company is filing a lawsuit against evergrande and its subsidiaries for 237.92 million yuan disputes are over concluded construction contracts with evergrande and its affiliated member companies, resulting in 327 cases from october 8th to november 16Th, this company filed lawsuits in various courts against evergrande and its relevant member companies in connection with disputes over payment for construction work. So therefore, it seems like not only have ever grind, they not paid their offshore bonds or their onshore bonds, but they haven't even paid the suppliers and therefore evergren they are almost certainly going bankrupt.
