Warrior Trading // Ross Cameron // Day Trade Warrior

What's up, everyone? All right. So today is the last day of the week. It's been a choppy week for me. I started red, which was a continuation from losing on Friday.

so I lost forty thousand on Friday. another thirty thousand on Tuesday, down seventy plus thousand dollars in two days. No trades on Wednesday. Missed some fantastic action in the market.

Thursday it was up sixty thousand. Finished the day up only forty, gave back about eight thousand. did the recap. Lost another twelve thousand trading in the afternoon, finished the day up forty grand.

Today was up twenty nine thousand. Finishing the day up twelve thousand two days in a row. Giving back? Uh, you know, 20, 30, 40 percent of my profits Today over 50. That's extremely disappointing.

Choppy markets so well it's better than last Friday. I can say that for sure, but it's not a great day and I'm a little disappointed. I'm feeling a little impatient. I'm feeling disappointed.

I missed that big move on Wednesday and I tried to kind of make up for it a little bit yesterday and today yesterday was over trading longer into the day. Just gave back profit today. you know, over traded again, gave back profit. would have been better off both days if I had stopped quite a bit sooner.

So anyways, that's it for me going into the weekend. I'll be back on Monday and hopefully we have a a good gap scan on Monday and some better opportunities. Small accounts also been really slow this week. haven't made any good progress, which is also disappointing.

so just a slow week across the board. but well, first week of September, maybe next week will be a little bit better. So as always, I'll be back at it. On Monday, sitting down, looking for Gap scanners, looking at the Gap scanners, looking for momentum, and hopefully we find some.

In case you already know, my results are not typical. The typical experience of most traders is losing money. You should assume you'll lose with that assumption in my trademark simulator before you put real money on the line. Hope you enjoyed the recap.

I'll see you guys on Monday. All right. So gonna do my recap here. Finishing the week in a way as disappointing as I started it, it's not been a great week for me.

I lost 30 grand on Monday, didn't trade or on Tuesday didn't trade on Wednesday. was back yesterday was up 60 000, finished the day up only 40 000, gave back 20 grand off the top. Today I was up 30 grand and I'm finished the day up 12 000. just giving back profit left and right, chasing low quality setups, not having the patience to wait, feeling fomo and frustration from missing the big move on Eftr on Wednesday.

One of the cleanest moves that I've seen in a while and I missed it the whole thing because I took the day off. but you know it is what it is. So kind of just trying to rally back. I guess some of the losses from last week and on and on Tuesday, but didn't make a lot of progress today.
Eftr uh traded this pre-market and at the open bought it high, added it 28, added it 29, added it 30, added at 31. hit a high of 31.18 So looking for that big move, that big continuation adding super high stopped out as it came back down green but not a big winner. Got back in here for a trade at the Open. nice trade up to 32 added back down here.

Got stopped out for a pretty good size loss on that flush. So I went for the trade to break overview app and got stopped out. So that was the Ftr. Ise traded it uh, for a long as it squeezed up right here.

I kind of chased. I mean, I just chased it. The problem was um, and there's obviously in a strong market you can do really well chasing. but um, I wanted to get in here but hesitated because I thought maybe we'll just do another thing like this where it would break and then drop.

So then I got in at 15, I sold it 15 30. then I added back at 15 10 and stopped out. Uh, all right, No, sorry, I added back. Um, I stopped out of 15 10.

I added back at like 1540 for the break of 1550 and then I stopped out down there. So I ended up losing 5000 on Ise and with that, have given back more than half my profit on the day from up 30 to up 25 to up 18 and now to up only 12 986 dollars. So uh, it's been a disappointing week for me. I have not traded.

Well, I haven't uh, caught the momentum when we've seen it, and what I've traded has mostly been choppy. so I'll leave to trade another day. I'll be back at it on Monday, Hopefully we see some better momentum. I'm still down a bit versus my all-time highs on the month because of losing uh, 70, 75, 000 on Friday and on Tuesday.

So days like today don't go very far towards making back those losses. So it's going to take a few more days to get back in the groove. and I'm just feeling a little frustrated at the choppiness. That I mean, even Icy is so choppy, so so choppy.

This is difficult stuff to trade in. I'm waiting for the big momentum like we had on Eftr and you know, just is the luck of the draw that we got it and I missed it completely. So now I feel fomo and disappointment from missing this and I'm kind of been overcompensating by trying to get a piece of everything that's been moving including Eftr, but sort of on the back side. Now it may hold up if it could get over this yellow descending resistance line back above 32.

Then 35 36 37. Maybe have to wait for next week, but unfortunately it's not going to be as clean as on the first day and I missed it and there's nothing I can do about that. So that's where I'm at here today. Feel a little frustrated.

Not super happy with the way the market has been for small caps this week. The Gap scanners today was pretty terrible. These were all just none of these stocks were worth trading for me and I did trade Ic and lost on it, so it serves me right. I guess.

Cei? You know, I considered it for the small account. It's one that I could buy like 10 000 shares of, but I don't know these ones. These lower priced ones with higher floats can be really tricky. Uh, the float on Cei is 104 million shares and you can see how this.
the level two is so stacked so you're fighting for pennies on something like this. Um, you know. And then the luck of the draw, you get in and then it does one of those 15 cent flushes and you know Now you catch a good, solid 10 15 cent loss. You struggle to make two three cents in profit, and then you easily catch a big loss.

So that's one of those ones that I'm just gonna let it go without me. I will say though, if it can hold over two dollars, then um, it does have more. Quite a bit more potential, but it's gotta hold over two first and that's gonna be a very critical psychological spot. So that's it for me.

That's the week. Uh, we'll be back at it on Monday morning, hopefully have a better week next week. All right, I'll see you on Monday. I hope you really enjoyed that video and make sure you hit the thumbs up and subscribe to the channel if you haven't already.

Hello Ross, do you use a vpn when trading at home and or just when travelling ? As you know, a vpn will slow the data speed a little and this concerns me greatly because you mentioned in vids that data speed is important. Also want to thank you for sharing your life experiences & knoledge about trading. Yet again your you've committed some separate time to do another small account challenge just shows me its possible. I still watch lots of vids on trading and about to start a paper trading account this week.

Most of the time you stop trading by noon – it sounds like if you stick to your plan you wouldn't be giving back money. Regardless, you've had some good days but I'm only telling you what you normally tell us. I love this channel and always like watching the recaps!

Hello Ross, hope this finds you well! I recently became a subscriber of Trade Ideas, and was trying to use the same scanners you mentioned in one of your videos when you were showing us how to Trade-Ideas, but unfortunately I cannot find them. Is it possible if you can help me out in terms of where I can find the scanners on this current version of Trade Ideas or if you can give me some insight on how and where to set up my scanners in Trade-Ideas? How can I obtain the scanners you laid out in that video? Anything you can do to help me would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much in advance. Peace and Blessings.

Yes chopping is an understatement. My acct value has gone from 39k to 29k in the last 1-2 weeks. If I lose a few more grand it's PDT rule for me so I'm gonna have to trade with smaller size, maybe $2500. max trades and try to develop my skills. I have over traded this SPRT. the morning panic dips taking out the whole dollar and bouncing at the half dollar below have devastated longs on SPRT. The 3rd day of that pattern it's unlikely to work because everybody expects it and it drops even more. Was smart enough to stay out of SPRT at pivot support level and $21. closing price but I still had a 2% losing trade on it today. Was like that's it for me also, no more over trading this. I'm watching all of your videos and that longs only Roland Wolf's videos, trying to learn different strategies of successful traders. I'm in the same boat as you this week. I have to take less size and maybe be a little more conservative as beginning trader. to keep my account over 25k. I have been humbled this week for sure. Thanks for putting out all of these videos.

i rode ISEE really well up until about 10am (can't remember the exact time to the minute) when it had that absolutely BRUTAL false breakout. instantly erased all my gains of the ride up.
decided to log off at that point instead of revenge trading. discipline is frickin tough.

I'm starting to feel like there are two types of people when it comes to trading psych, people like me who look through red shaded glasses, and people like you who look through green shaded glasses. lol and they seem like equally disadvantageous mindsets haha

Thanks for the video. Have you thought about making a video on something else like your garden or about you dog? Just seems like you could use a mini break, "I live to trade another day" is not how positive vibes. Sorry if my joke about not seeing you trade could have contributed.

  20. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Rick Bron says:

Thank you for the videos! I missed EFTR both days…. Didn’t see it all Wednesday and wanted in after the first halt on Thursday at $29 and I somehow miss timed the resumption and was in the 2nd halt. 🤦‍♂️ Still green all 4 days and up 35% this week which is huge 😊

  22. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Lucid Soundz says:

ISEE was a giant headache for me today. No followthrough with my break outs. Almost seems manipulated which became obvious later on in the day.

  23. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars JB ATL says:

I got all my trades done in the first 30 minutes, then I was out.. Friday is a selloff day so the sooner I get done the better! $900 on AFRM, $207 on TIGR, $332 on ISEE, $20 on BBIG, $251 on GLBE.. Could have got more on all but I was trading all at the same time.. I take profits and run!

  24. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Russian Hacker says:

Idk why Ross went for ISEE on the 2nd attempt going up it was diverging at that point, it was so obvious it was gonna fail, it feels like Ross is forcing his trades tbh.

I’m noticing this week that’s there’s minimal b- a+ set ups in the market after the open. Do you recommend small accounts to trade in pre market as well? Or just wait for better markets

  27. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars STEVE RANJAN says:

Team Ross, summer has ended. When will Ross start doing the morning show again?

  28. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars sercan can says:

  29. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars László Tóth says:

    Hey Ross!
Which broker would you recommend for someone with 1000 dollars wanting to get around the pdt rule? I have heard about cmeg and others , but cmeg seems to have a lot of hidden fees etc.

  30. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Kyle Mills says:

Curious why you’re trading in the afternoons some this week? Thought that was a no no … 😉
