The ads on you tube are awful. An ad is poping up in the middle of videos every 5 to 8 minutes and it is annoying.
If your first sale was $3,550,000 you never had 1 million in sales. You went from $0 to $3,550,000. You started at $3,550,000 congrads.
When you say that big numbers 100million … do you actually mean 100 million after or before taxes??? I mean, thats a big number either way, but you know, me as non real estate agent… i dont know…
Just found your channel and couldn't help but subscribe. So relatable because I'm about to be licensed at 20 and have been looking for a successful persons response of how it is realistically like as a young agent in LA. I'll hopefully have a job in the west side of LA in the next couple months. Thank you for these quality videos and not pushing a coaching system down our throats too hahaha. Keep it up.

Loved the format. Hearing the questions out loud vs. written in helps contextualize everything.
I feel like the length was fine, because most of us can speed up the video if we need to.
I liked the variety of questions you fielded. Sometimes these Q&A's can get pretty repetitive if it's the same audience, so I appreciate how you selected different questions you felt were relevant.
Also, love the timestamps. Really helps to skim and see if there is anything specific that I'd want to hear about.

For me, personally, I use YouTube Red! So it wasn’t a problem for me locking my iPhone and listening to this on the way home! Pretty sure those that watch the video would prefer two 15s instead of one 30 min video… starting part 2 now!

Loved it. The video is not too long, at least for me. The thing that I found bad, that the questions and answers keeps repeating, I'm talking about cold calling and door knocking, you talked about it like 3 times in one video.

Hey anybody out there who knows about renting out homes and apartments can you please answer my questions.
How do you know when there is a good house or apartment that you should buy?
How much do you make monthly (profit) from each rental
Which is better apartments or houses?
Is it smart to take out a loan from a bank to buy an apartment or house or should it all just be my money?
What would I account into how much money I would actually make a month?
What is a realistic starting amount that I would receive from my very first rental (accounting for debt and others)
And I may have more but if anyone can answer these than that would be very much appreciated

Instead of making this a one hour video without edits, I decided to condense it slightly and make it a Part 1 and Part 2 of 20’ish minutes each. I’m hoping that’ll be less intense to watch in short bursts…at least for me, I rarely make it through an hour long video. Part 2 will be coming tomorrow. Continue letting me know how to make this better. Also, NEW LENS ALERT! Quality just got way better!
