I said in my previous video. I Would be very surprised if Delta and or Amex did not make changes with all the backlash you received just when I thought I was done talking about all the updates Delta has made over the last week or so. When it comes to the Sky Mouse program and with the AmEx cards and everything lounges, the CEO of Delta Ed Bastion comes out and says there probably will be some changes coming soon. so we're going to talk about it right now.

So with the wake of all the feedback that you know Delta has received when it comes to Sky Mouse changes as far as the Mqds that you have to spend now also the AmEx Platinum Card getting limited access to Reserve credit, unlimited access and just how it just didn't really seem good for the consumer Delta looks to be listening to us and we'll probably make some tweaks in upcoming weeks. No question, we probably went too far.

a Bastion said our team wanted to kind of rip the Band-Aid off. We're still assessing what we'll do, but there will be modifications that we will make and you'll hear about it in some time. Over the next few weeks it's gotten to the point where we have so much demand for our premium products and services that it's far in excess of our ability to serve them effectively. I Will tell you that we're listening to the feedback.

We're reading the feedback. The feedback matters. So first and foremost, that's dope. I Think it's good when a company takes some type of ownership if they feel that they've made mistakes and I'm excited to see what they're going to, maybe cancel out or change to make it more beneficial for the customer.

A lot of you guys are closing out your Delta cards you've been with Delta for x amount of years you're looking at other airlines like American Airlines is offering the status match JetBlue is offering the status match Alaska Airlines is offering the status match all of which are actually status Match two by the way, just to try to figure other things out. Nobody knows what they're referring to as far as feedback, but I will tell you if you go to. Instagram If you go to their Twitter on any post they've had in the last week, you see a bunch of different comments and let's be real as well. I Don't think feedback is just what they see on social media I Think it goes further into that I Think their feedback goes into their balance sheet.

Are they seeing any closed cards? Are they seeing any accounts being closed? Are they getting a lot of feedback from their Diamond medallions or platinum diamonds for phone calls? They're seeing more in my opinion than just social media because that's more than the business just social media. So just like this: Airbus A321 says thank you Delta thank you for listening I Appreciate it guys! let me know what your thoughts are down below about this one thing to kind of just say and I told you this on another video to be patient, especially if you guys had your Delta credit cards your annual fee for the next year. Like myself, the annual fee in your Delta credit card has already been charged. No need to be reactive, you've already paid for it for that next year.

There's not really many retention offers that I've heard of, so you kind of close it off for no reason or you've done downgraded your cars and things like that. So if you still are considering canceling your card I'm not your advisor of any sort, but I would just urge you guys to hold off until in the next upcoming weeks to see what changes may be altered or you know, canceled out. I Think that's the best way to do it and it's important guys to share your feedback. I Am sure somebody sees something on these social media posts and it's very important because it shows you a hundred percent that these companies will make changes if we allow them to.
