Dan Bilzerian and Ignite international are going to Court. Curtis Heffernan the ex-vice president of Ignite is suing the company for wrongful termination, slander and whistleblower retaliation, in this video, I review the Lawsuit and the Wild Accusations against Dan.
I break down each part of the lawsuit to try and figure out how it all went wrong. I've seen some other YouTubers touch on this lawsuit, but no one has reviewed each of the accusations in depth.
Ignite International has generated significant losses and appears to be spending a significant amount on marketing and other expenditure while generating little revenues.
Curtis Heffernan claims that he was fired for pointing out illegal accounting practices and refusing to to commit financial fraud, investor fraud, tax evasion and use deceptive accounting practices
