If anyone still wants the aviator red card I have the link and promo code !
Is it required to pay with the cards to have the baggage and boarding benefits or is it a passive benefit regardless of which card flight is use to pay so long as one has the card?
Bro I appreciate the vid thanks for the advice just got mines the other day
It’s 125.00 after spending 20,000 in a year
Do both of the cards points pool in the same account on the AA app?
What about Flight Cents? The 25% inflight discount? The WiFi credit?
Thank you bro.
Just looked to compare cards and found your video. Thanks for the info. I have the AA citi card already for a few years now. Now that Barclay looks tempting. I was just flying and they mentioned the 50k (not 60 anymore) bonus PLUS a companion pass now and every anniversary. Do you know exactly how it works? I might go ahead, get it and cancel the Citi card for the benefits..
Hey what type of credit scores do I need? My current FICO is around 735 ish. Also, what type of credit limits are these 2 cards giving people?
While both cards offer "Priority boarding" the Citi AAdvantage gets Group 4 boarding, which is true priority boarding. The Red Aviator gets you Group 5 boarding, the first general boarding group. Groups 1 through 4 board in the left lane, Group 5 lines up in a pack on the right side. Bummer!
I’m getting 2.36% APY with a Citi Online Savings account.😉 The offer was presented to me in the app after I got the credit card.
Were you able to merge the points?'
Both.
Can you put a referral like in the description so you can earn points off of us. I want to get the card but I want to use someone link to help them out
What is the american express card that gives you 5 points per dollar
Use code 713136 to get even more bonus miles when signing up for the Barclays AAdvantage card! Its by far the best card i have. IG @ KimberlyTravels
I'm PCing my Citi AAdvantage Plat to the Dividend card after year 1 ends.
I got the Citi version also. Redeemed 60,000 AAdvantage miles total for 2 RT ticket from NY to St. kitts. The cash fare for these tickets were $875 each and never go below that as ST. kitts is always an expensive cash fare destination. Cardmembers also get 10% rebate on award redemptions. on that redemption , final cost was 54,000 AAdvantage miles for $1750 in value !!!! and St. Kitts is also a very picturesque Island.
Jetblue out of all airline credit cards is the Best HANDS DOWN! 😀
If you were to cancel the Citi or the Barclay card after 1 year before they charge for the annual fee, do you still get to keep the unused miles or do they expire once the card is cancelled?
I love your strategy on using both cards. It makes traveling more enjoyable by being easy on the pocket. Ha. Ha. — I received an offer from Citi bank for the American Airlines AAdvantage Platinum Select about a month ago and had to snag it! —I’m also carrying the AMEX PRG, but I’m eager to possess the AMEX platinum. I travel to PHL often, and I am eager to checkout the new Centurion lounge. Anyways, thanks for the video, and I look forward towards seeing what’s in your wallet often. ✌🏽
Do you do business cards ? I just got the Barclays AA biz so it wouldn’t add to my 5/24 but I could still earn that 60k for one purchase
