This guy seriously sounds like David Brent from The Office UK, to me at least. Everything he says has bearly disguised self-promotion and everything seems to have an angle.

  2. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars The Canine Club says:

guy invest in game stop and you compare to buffet blasphemy

  3. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars StreyX says:

There is no real populist that's a centrist. He's in it for the money. As I see it, he saw wallstreetbets as 1-7 million potential pumps for SPACs he will get into. I don't think he's a bad guy, but his intentions seem rather apparent to me. Also, he bought call options which were ways for someone else to buy GME stock, he was never actually in it.

  4. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Sir Pumpington Of Dumpenshire says:

This is basically useless information. I more serious analysis with a more direct answer would be, what would Chamath have done if he were in Vladimir Tenev's position during the WSB+GME vs Hedge fund war?

  5. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars John's Freedom Channel says:

I rarely comment bcuz I usually watch from my tv. When Chamath first came out for WSB I was very impressed but watching his podcasts and watching him since I think he is a phony. He is all about himself and his brand.

  6. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Heb59 says:

The next WB is Seth Klarman

  7. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Anne Kaltschmidt says:

    Guy creeps me out.

  8. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Margarito Pineda says:

He can't corner the NFT market, it's like trying to corner the physical art market. It's simply too distributed. The most he can do is get an early mover advantage. Not saying he's 100% philanthropic, he's definitely trying to pump his bags, but trying to front run the entire NFT market like you suggested here would be a feeble pursuit.

  9. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars these nuts says:

Chamath does not care about the regular folk it's all an act to get people to invest on what he says it's true.the same goes with Elon because you can't even work on your own tesla just like apple it's all profit for them.

  10. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Alex H. Lamarche says:

I don't care if he is a populist or not; What he did with the SPAC, making the reverse IPO more mainstream, a fortunate consequence of that is that it makes the whole IPO process more accessible to retail investors

  11. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars TheOtherGuy says:

i feel extreme bias on the presenters part lol

  12. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Adam A says:

He should be smoother with his lies, but I see he's trying.

  13. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Ciri ous says:

So is he a good guy or just another Tai Lopez / Dan Lok?

  14. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Future says:

Thanks you for a more neutral view on Chamath. He is portraying himself as a Robin hood, but his actions are showing the exact opposite. He is profiting with the SPACs on the cost of retail investors.

  15. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars D C says:

I’m a big Chadmath fan, I can only trust the words from his mouth until he proves that I can’t. Regardless, I appreciate you making this video and bringing in another light and POV. Definitely welcoming. Keep rocking the awesome content!

  16. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Internet Money says:

Chamath has some good point's I like that he is forward thinking and he will help to usher in the new era of decentralized finance.

  17. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars RR says:

This guy is a low key weasel
    U heard it here first

  18. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Abba Okoro says:

Finally a neutral video on this guy thanks

  19. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars MyContestPix says:

When he says he's a "centrist" that means he's a corporatist/ Neo-Liberal while supporting Dem's corrupt policies. That's not a bad as the Libertarians in the GOP, but look at where Centrism has gotten this country over the last 40+ years.

Maybe he missed used the term, but every bleeping day this country slides further Rightward. Both parties enable and condone Wall St, wealthy elites and corporate malfeasance and corruption to line their own pockets while neglecting Main St.!

    We're screwed people!!!

  20. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Prizax says:

    This guy is a SCAM.

  21. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Kay Kim says:

I like Chamath and I trust him . I like his spacs .

  22. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars David Miller says:

When he thinks of the next response, he looks up and to the right. I think that is a sign of confidence and honesty, if I recall body language tells correctly.

  23. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Cosplay Time Capsule says:

he could be running for president in 4 years. Overall I think he's ok, but recently with the Gamestop thing he was exposed a little as a pumper and dumper.

  24. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Mr. Berry says:

I don't mind if he takes a cut of his SPAC companies as long as retail investors can benefit. Especially if the gains turn out massive for retail investors.

  25. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Z P says:

    I've bought ipod, ipoe,ipof…cmon chamath!!!!

  26. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Kharmatos13 says:

I think he's setting up to be the next Bill Ackman, not the next Buffett.

  27. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Ezlo says:

    Chamath is a snake.

  28. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Eli says:

It doesn’t really matter if he’s fake or if he takes a cut, all of the companies that he pushes have gone up from their original price.
