The CCIV Deal is Done, so what next? should you buy more CCIV stock after Lucid Motors merge with CCIV? well let me tell you whats happened recently, the stock rose from $31 last week and closed at $40 on friday.
On Tuesday, Reuters and Bloomberg announced that the deal was near completion which sent the stock skywards leaving the CCIV Stock up 32% on the day.
This was followed by some huge buys of $42m, $23m, $10m and more. the Bloomberg screenshot shows that Michael Klein and Lucid have agreed on the Key Terms and an interview with Michael suggests he likes to make a formal announcement at 50% institutional ownership.
Before the reuters news, ownership was at 42%, then shot up to 45% and therefore will be hitting 50% any day now. CCIV will own 16.67% of lucid, CCIV currently has a market cap of around $13.5bn giving Lucid a post merger valuation of around $84bn.

How far do you think it will drop post merger?
Talking about Neo, I honestly still prefer Lucid simply because I don't have to worry about the Chinese government. Now I have invested in several Chinese companies, many of them will be revolutionary and very profitable, BUT investing in China is not like investing in the EU/US. Their financials still are not as translucent as US/EU companies nor is there enough rules and regulations as far as investor protection laws, plus I think Lucid has some of the best tech in the EV market, better than Neo or Tesla.
Great info Tom. So when you say CCIV share holders have a 16.7% stake in Lucid, does that mean when they merge and ticker is changed, that my 100 shares of CCIV will equal 16.7 shares of Lucid motors? I'm a new investor and this is my first SPAC trade. Thanx!

SPACs… Ark invest just bought ACIC. Most of people buying both as RTP and ACIC. For me late for CCIV. I also believe CCIV got many Nio and Tesla investors. Because they got tried of sideways trading stocks. Goodluck everyone.
