Why Cathie Wood thinks that Palantir is the most undervalued stock in the market? Cathie Wood from Ark Invest previously said Palantir was "speaking her language", meanung disruption and innovation on another level. In this video I will explain why I agree with Cathie Wood that PLTR might be the most undervalued stock in the market right now.
Please note that as with ANY post or video I make this is NOT financial advice and strictly my opinion and may be totally wrong. Do your own research please.
Note that past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Don't assume an investment will continue to do well in the future simply because it's done well in the past.
I currently hold a long position in this company. I may expand an additional long position in the future.
This is strictly my opinion, so do your own research and make up your own mind. This is not financial advice, just entertainment, so be careful!

I'm three minutes in and have literally not one shred of evidence why this stock is worth anything more than it currently is except purely anecdotal or by reference. Dude, get it together! Compile information. You are a hot shot financial analyst, so ANALYZE, stop talking about your credentials and other people's opinions. The stock may be worth billions per share but you aren't relaying any information! Jesus please for God sakes tell my why I should buy this company and stop talking gibberish. I'm three minutes in and I don't have any idea what this company produces except visual marketing hype. OMG this is Youtube, not freaking Snailtube. What is Palantir!?

I have been waiting for PLTR to go public since 2014 when I first was exposed to it and saw it used. Big data is really nothing but a pile of stuff unless you can organize it and link like things according to whatever your goal is. This software is legit the best big data analytics software I have seen. Go watch product demo videos and you will get an idea of what it is capable of. This stuff makes big data something more that some fancy corporate term and turns it into something actually actionable.

so basically ignore the projected revenue that the company itself is providing based on its expert knowledge of its own sector, customers etc & base your valuation on fairyland numbers that you are just pulling out of a hat, does that sum it up?

They appear to be a software design services firm. Having worked at one, I can say that the business model doesn't scale well, because you need engineers to scale. If you make a company that designs a product, either physical or software, you pay for the design and then your income scales with the number of units you sell. If your income depends on tailoring solutions to individual customers, you are bottlenecked on your engineering talent pool. Sure, you'll be profitable, but you won't be the next Apple or Facebook. I like Tom's show but I think he doesn't understand the industry here. If you haven't worked in tech it's easy to fall prey to the marketing and image these companies put out. I'm not saying it will be a bad stock to buy, but you'd be buying it on the greater idiot theory and not on any solid growth potential.

They are selling their company purely by emotions – that rings a warning bell – stay away

The problem is that Palantir is a B2B company. It doesnt cater to the masses. The top 20 companies in the world are mostly B2C with the exception of one or two. While a Fundementally good investment. i dont see it getting it getting so much traction as compared to tesla

I don't really understand what PLTR does & I'm a developer who regularly uses analytics tools. It seems like a graph-db (which is cool) but I'm not seeing the hook.

  29. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars x says:

It sounds like a black box. Without knowing what exactly they're offering, it might well be just a consultancy with a modest product that can be easily replicated. As a consultancy, they can only cater to those companies that are big and in need of this type of service, so there might be a cap to how big they can get. I would need some examples and some real data to see if their technology is indeed groundbreaking or just marketing, because from what I see, it all sounds like smoke and mirrors and there's a stench of BS.

What exactly are they selling? Until you can answer that, then you can't know if this stock is worth it or not, unless it becomes a meme stock and it shoots into a bubble, like Tesla.
