Ricky I love your approach to how you did this this is the way I've lived my life this is why even through my ups and downs I still have a good credit rating I can go to the bank and get a loan even when I may or may not have a whole lot savings it doesn't matter it is because you have to live your life fruitlessly and save every but you can and if you can't afford something out right and cash you shouldn't buy
