Brokers knowingly and willingly purchased and held synthetic AMC and Gamestop shares.
Gamestop performed the split count back on the 18th July, Gamestop and ComputerShare then distributed the shares on the evening of the 21st and they have now arrived in accounts on the 22nd.
But, some brokers won't be receiving their shares until the 25th, 26th and 28th, because these brokers obviously hold synthetic shares, and won't be receiving their shares until the hedge funds have purchased additional shares to give to them.
Effectively playing pass the parcel/hot potato with the few legally issued split shares in existence.

I received my shares at 4 am. The brokerages should have to buy the shares on the open market
If you're afraid to transfer to another broker in fear of missing the moass and missing the buy button, then just open another broker account like moomoo and you can continue buying from there while holding onto your shares on your old broker. But if they are lending your shares without your consent then it's best that you transfer completely.
BMO Investorline will deposit on July 26.
They are literaly just going to create synthetics to give to their clients. It's hopeless. As long as they can create synthetics and sell them in the market a split will not cause the squeeze. A split just gave them more opportunity to steal from us. This is b.s. no one is buying back their synthetics. Gme and amc should have started to sqeeze today. The fact that they owe shares and the price went down proves that they either are creating more synthetics or there are none.
I still have some amc shares in Webull, just waiting for a nice run to get out.
