Are you really breathing?
I’m reminding you today that you need to breathe. Center yourself and remember that we’re all living through this together. You need to take a deep breath, not allow the stress to consume you, and to take care of yourself. Stressing out about our current situation isn’t going to help you at all. In today’s Mindset Monday, I share some tips to keep you moving forward powerfully.

Listen we're in this together we're going to get out of this together. You need to keep your energy right right. You can't be freaking out. You can't be stressing that doesn't help anybody, hey guys.

The word of the day is breathe, breathe. I'm talking a lot of people that are like you doing the best they can with the current situation. I'm also talking to some people that are like a little tense and their shoulders are up and they're feeling the stress and and what's happening is they're doing anxiety and then, when they talk to people, anxiety is coming out and what we know is if your head's, A scary place to be how you show up, for others, isn't where you want it to be right. Your tone, your brand, your energy matters.

I keep telling people take your meds, i'm reminding you right now, hmm, you need to breathe. You need to relax. You need to ask yourself better questions. You need to recognize that we're running a marathon.

This is not a 50-yard dash. This isn't just a sprint that you know what is is and complaining about it or being upset about it doesn't help you. Instead, what am i committed to? Who can i help today? What am i going to do today to get one step closer to really following my schedule? How am i going to keep my emotions in check? How am i going to keep my energy right? How many people can i touch today in a meaningful way? How can i interrupt their pattern and bring them back to a place of sanity while many people are experiencing insanity? How can i bring more calm? How am i, how can i bring more positivity by the way? That's where i shoot the show every day right, like that's the game right now, but it all starts with, in my opinion, that first m of meds taking your meds meditation right. Maybe it's prayer meditation, something that allows you to stop and breathe and get yourself centered get yourself in a good place.

Listen we're in this together we're gon na get out of this together. You need to keep your energy right right. You can't be freaking out. You can't be stressing that doesn't help anybody, not you not your family, not your clients, not your tribe, not your community.

No one! Take your meds meditate on the daily. Get your exercise in right. Get your diet taken care of right, i i say sleep, but i'm adding another one for you, guys meds with another s. Let's get back to being on your schedule.
