Ackman is smart…which is why he's made of money. But he'll always be a scumbag in my book for what he did with the hospitality industry when COVID started. Going on CNBC to say the sky is falling and hotels were going to ZERO….meanwhile he has an enormous short position and cashed over $1 billion when the bottom dropped. Unreal.
Bills whole bag is shorting the market so everything he says I take with a grain of bullshit
The average American lives to their 75yrs. Do something in life
My friends and family. Normal people.
Are not in good shape.
One is letting his truck get repossessed
One lost their renting house.
Others are buying less at the food market and trying to buy less. Budgeting their cost of food down by not buying certain foods. And buying other types of food.
And others are canceling vacation now.

Hard to trust this guy he shorted the entire market at the start of the pandemic then went on TV to tell us how terrible it was gonna be. He talked about how the stock market might never recover. He made a billion dollars with that short and that round of media interviews. But not market manipulation at all right?
Tom said Bill was being condescending talking about lower earners but proceeded to say the exact same thing? 😂 I don't even understand how it was condescending in the first place. He was stating a fact that lower income earnings are struggling more

Everything is great, wages are up ? what drugs is this guy taking, I quit my job last year to take a higher payer job only for inflation to kick in and everything around me went up putting me back a few years on vs my cost of living, then moments later admits there is an issue with inflation, to be honest unless you have a household income in the six figures with the first digit starting with a 2, inflation is hitting us smack in the face, sorry man 9% is bs
