The CFTC are who regulate the derivatives market (like total return swaps and married/divorced puts), not the SEC. Therefore, we should be focussing our efforts on the CFTC. Interesting, the ex-chairman of the CFTC has now just been hired by none other than Citadel.

Citadel hired the ex-chairman of the CFTC earlier this year, citadel now literally have the key of how exactly to skirt around government detection of manipulation as he will know how the CFTC works inside and out.
The FED also hinted at tapering, which means reducing asset purchases and reverse repo's. This could certainly bring a swift crash to the stock market.

Welcome back to the channel everyone today, i want to explain why you should be aware of the cftc and why you should be wary of them. I also want to talk about why the market crash could be coming very, very soon, so stay tuned and let's make some money, but before i dive into the video, i just want to give a massive shout out to the 4 200 of you that are currently Doing that notification bell, because you guys are always the first to watch a new video as soon as it's released. So you guys be sure to drop a like down below subscribe to the channel and ding that notification bell. If you haven't already so that you don't miss another video just like this one and now i want to dive straight in with the key information, so i knew something was still fishy.

Don't trust any official they're all out to make sure we work forever. So somebody commented on a recent reddit post saying how much more proof does the sec need? I don't know, has kenny, also manipulated the stock while wearing a sombrero and calling himself a cuck for a buck. Somebody replied saying: if it really is futures on swaps, the sec may have no authority there. The cftc has jurisdiction, we've been memeing gary gensler and letting them off the hook.

Somebody else commented saying this: the commodity, futures trading, commission or cftc regulates the u.s derivatives market, which includes futures swaps and certain kinds of options. Current acting chairman is rostin benmen. Now, obviously, that's going to include those total return swaps and also going to include those married and divorced per options as well, because they're a special kind of option. So really it's the cfdc.

We need to be looking at because those are the ones that regulate the options market and those options are what's effectively, hiding the failed, delivers and hiding the true short interest. Yes, the sec. The dtcc and finra have regulation over the true short interest, but it's the cftc that has regulation over the derivatives which are being used to hide the true short interest. So if you bring up the cfpc in wikipedia, it shows that the current acting chairman, the agency executive, is rostin benham.

This is rosten benham who assumed office in january 21st of 2021 and he proceeded heath taba. Now this is heath tarbo. The previous chairman of the cftc, interestingly, as of april 6 2021, he is now the chief legal officer of citadel securities, none other than citadel herself. I think this is super super sneaky, because obviously heath harbour was the acting chairman or the previous shackling chairman of the cftc, and therefore he's going to know how the cftc works inside and out.

Therefore, he's going to know how you can do things to get around the cftc, so the cftc never know about it and he's passing all of that information on to his boy, ken griffin, at citadel securities citadel are one of the largest players with the total return Swaps, the married and divorced puts, and one of the largest players as well with true short interest. Therefore, they've hired the man heath harbour to help them get around the cftc, so the cftc never know what corrupt things are going on at citadel. I don't know what rosten benham is currently doing, but hopefully he is actually doing something and is trying to investigate citadel as well as gary gensler and the sec. Now i also wanted to talk about why the market crash is coming.
Bed's cat plan september meeting would be the time to announce a plan for tapering dallas fed president robert kaplan told cnbc on thursday that it is still his view that at the september policy meeting it would be time to announce a plan for tapering and start in October, or shortly thereafter, as reported by routers by and large business contacts are weathering the pandemic, at least as well as previous surges. Businesses are seeing. Resiliency consumers and businesses are becoming more adaptable and accepting surges will go in fits and starts. Businesses and consumers are learning to adapt and go on with their lives amid the pandemic.

There is no demand problem in the economy. Strong economic resiliency is his outlook. However, there are some distortions in the economy, particularly in credit markets. He thinks the us would be a lot healthier if the fed begins to wean the economy off of asset purchases, and he said the fed has communicated a taper is coming.

I also found a post on the charles schwab website that says: fed tapering. Will it be different this time as the federal reserve transitions from merely talking about tapering its bond holdings to actually tapering investors may be left wondering what it might mean for the markets and their portfolios? Here's a quick review of the fed's policies. What happened? The last time the fed tapered and whether it'll be different this time how we got here in march 2020, the federal reserve was staring down the runway of an unprecedented pandemic, with dire economic implications. As a result, the fed quickly cut the federal funds rate to the range of zero to 0.25 from 1.5 to 1.75 and started purchasing large amounts of treasuries and agency mortgage-backed securities or mbs's to provide additional stimulus to the economy.

Above and beyond. The rate cuts, and also the fed, has been engaging in those overnight reverse repo transactions and that reverse repo or rrp is a transaction on which the desk sells a security to an eligible counterparty, with an agreement to repurchase that same security at a specified price. At a specific time, in the future, basically all of these hedge funds and institutions are giving their assets to the fed in return for cash, so they can meet their margin requirements and then, obviously, using that cash later to buy the assets back and the fed has Also been buying assets and buying mortgage-backed securities in order to provide stimulus in order to ensure the economy did not crash back in 2020 and earlier this year as well, and obviously the fed is currently hitting all-time records for reverse repo overnight transactions. Even to this day, as we speak, these large-scale asset purchases are what is commonly referred to as quantitative easing.
The goals of quantitative easing are to support. The smooth functioning of the financial markets provide additional stimulus to the economy by lowering borrowing costs, put downward pressure on long-term yields to boost investment and support the mbs and commercial mortgage-backed securities cmbs markets through lowering interest rates for residential and commercial mortgages. Basically, the fed has been engaging in these reverse repos and these asset purchases and these mortgage-backed security purchases in order to effectively smooth the economy and try and prevent an economic collapse. But the fed is now saying that they're going to start tapering and stopping or slowing down these reverse repos, stopping or slowing down these asset purchases and stopping or slowing down the mortgage-backed security purchases as well.

What is tapering tapering is a term used to describe the process of gradually stopping asset purchases when there is no predefined end date or amount. Tapering does not involve the outright sale of treasuries or agency mortgage-backed securities by the fed. It only means reducing purchases to zero. I think if the fed starts tapering off these overnight reverse repos, there could be massive massive consequences for the market and, finally, kringle kitten on twitter has given his input to astro and boss blunts's due diligence.

He says i validate creant that guy astro and boss blunts's due diligence, they're parts of a bigger puzzle. There is a financial paradigm taking place which the institutional side has vastly underestimated the power of retail investors. He says the movements of the underlying shortened securities are indeed cyclical and move on a quarterly basis which settlements are forced by investment banks with short sellers covering some of their debt obligations, the foundation of shorting layers with etrs. There is absolutely no point watching the line on a daily basis, you're not a day trader unless you're betting on the derivatives as most of the stock movements are done by alpha players in the market.

I won't be surprised if market makers and shf's will be purchasing swap agreements, probably in europe, away from the sec's jurisdiction. Further kicking the can, as us institutions can't re-up on the next settlement cycle, as they won't be able to create more than one collateral per share. In short, disciplined retail investors partaking into this technical play are actually holding shf's market makers, self-clearing houses, investment or commercial banks and the fed as hostages. The worldwide economy will be undoubtedly screwed.
The black swan event is the stupidity and greediness of the institutional side. This has enabled the mother of all short squeezes to grow in size and power as time passes by a large part of their money will soon be ours. This all links back to that cycle theory that i've been talking about over the last few weeks where effectively cycle one for amc was around january cycle, two started in may and june, and cycle three is now just beginning. Also guys.

I wanted to explain and guide you through the moomoo deposit process, as i've noticed that some of you are struggling to deposit on moomoo. I also wanted to explain how you cannot only trade stocks on the new york stock exchange or the nasdaq with moomoo, but how you can also trade stocks on the hong kong stock exchange as well. So the first thing you want to do is go down into your momu app. Then, once you've opened, your moomoo account you'll be able to see the deposit button right there and you can either deposit via ach or by wire as well.

An ach is just a direct deposit, so it's very easy. There's, no fees, it's very straightforward, and also very fast to link your bank account with moomoo moomoo, which is owned by futube, is actually also fully integrated with played, as you can see there. So therefore, it's super secure super encrypted and you don't have to worry about your data being stolen or lost. All you need to do is scroll down and find which bank you're using let's say, for example, you're using bank of america.

So you just select bank of america and input your bank of america username and password. If your bank isn't listed, you can search for your bank and enter the details directly. Although most banks are linked because it's linked with played and not directly with moomoo or with future, once you've linked your bank account, all you've got to do is select. How much you want to deposit and away you go.

Moomoo has one really cool benefit, which is that you don't have to wait. A full five trading days for your money to settle moomi will fund your account instantly, so you can trade that same day. Alternatively, you can deposit by wire transfer, which is very easy and very straightforward and is done the same as all wire transfers are. I personally think the moomoo is a really great platform.

You get early ipo access to buy ipo stock before they go public. You've also got seamless access to the hong kong stock exchange as well. They've also got the full extended trading hours. Pre-Market at 4 am til, 9, 30 and after hours of 4 pm till 8 pm and also finally they're a member of the sipc and finra and are therefore fully insured up to 500.

000. Guys be sure to. Let me know down in the comments below what you think of the cftc and whether they're doing their job of regulating the derivatives market and, as always guys, if you enjoyed this video, be sure to check out some of my others. Alternatively, subscribe to the channel and ding that notification bell, because that way, you'll be alerted when i upload a new video cheers.

I think people might be overestimating the influence Citadel has at this point. Sure, there's always the "friends in high places" dynamic where someone in a position of power will want to appease people with money… but the problem with that line of thinking is… Citadel just might be bankrupt. Citadel is not going to be in a position to do ANYONE any favors when this is over with no matter how long they kick the can down the road. Citadel has been in the death throes for some time now and we all know it… and if that IS in fact the case, what makes y'all think Citadel can pull any strings anymore? The man with the gold makes the rules… and it's becoming clearer and clearer that THAT MAN is not going to be Citadel any time soon.

I think this thing is only being held together anymore with interpersonal ties… but on Walstreet, that doesn't mean anything without them greenbacks.

If they keep talking about the crash is because they want it to get into our heads and start closing our positions. It's all psychological effects that will help hedgies score even bigger with their shorts and make all the small investors money.

Its just a shame and sad how they do these stocks in ways where they only want the 1% to prosper. The pandemic has change the markets and they trying to ride the wave back up with just the 1% so we can still struggle to make ends meet while they laugh and get rich. But not this time apes aint having that. People lost all kind of money because of these corrupted markets. Its time they give it back. HODL

This is crazy. This should have not gone this long. SEC knows whats going on, everybody know what's going on. They allow them to continue to manipulate the market. If it was us, the retailer manipulating the market in anyway. They would of shut that shit down long time ago, plus life in jail (LOL). At the point, I feel like everyone is working together. I'm still holding. But, it's the principle for me.
