How do you filter for a stock with a general uptrend? Often time a scan with the above criteria yields downtrending stocks

I've called TD Ameritrade and they told me there is no way to access study filters for paper trading accounts. you have to be logged into your live trading account. I even told them how my university has firewall restrictions for accessing live trading and there is just no way to turn it on for paper trading they said.

I took your scan and switched it up a little. I removed the RSI and put in MACDHistogramCrossover from Negative to Positive in a 15 minute view. This will show me stocks that have already hit their bottom and ready to move up again. My favorite are the 3x ETFs.

So TD Ameritrade is getting so many calls right now that they are just leaving ppl on hold then disconnecting after 3 mins. It’s happened to me 5 times. Haven’t gotten to anyone besides an “operator” telling me they need to send me to a different department. Well I’ve called all the departments. Just gonna wait till Sunday. Thanks for the helpful info Ricky! I’ll be a part of LPP before the 9th!

Where can i get that excel sheet you made for trading planning and risk management?
So why not use "Market Watch" / "Quotes" and add a price Oscillator and RSI indicator. Easier than scan. It already shows whats over bought or oversold. That's what TOS installed it for. You can use this method to look over every watch list you have on TOS or any other set of watch criteria. You can also add any other study or indicator you wish with buy or sell signals.
