    Thank you for another great video Tom Ferry I've been watching all your posts over and over making sure I get everything I can out of them. Would it be possible to dedicate an episode to freshly starting agents and how they could plan ahead for their business? What should be their starting steps for generating leads, what should they dedicate most of their hours to in the first few months of the business…? etc
