APE just exposed the true number of AMC shares and exposed just how manipulated the AMC Stock has been.
Fidelity is showing that APE is held 100% by retail investors, and AMC is only held 35% by retail (supposedly), Webull is showing 95% and 70%, regardless, this shows that AMC has been manipulated as APE ownership and AMC ownership should be perfectly mirrored.
AMC has likely been manipulated in part by the BDRs or Brazilian Depository Receipts, these are shares created in a foreign country to mirror the underlying stock, however, these shares should only be created if a depositary bank holds the exact same number of the underlying shares as the BDRs that are created.
ABN AMRO has been fined for borrowing and shorting depositary receipts when the underlying bank didn't hold the real shares, likely exactly what is happening with AMC.
