Americans has platinum card new designs come out, so i wanted to talk today about the cards and how to get them looks like there was a lot of issues this morning and still throughout the afternoon time when ordering these cards. So i wanted to help you guys out and also answer some of the frequently asked questions, because i made sure i called them and got some questions answered and let's go over to the computer. So we can help you guys out and get this card ordered. First and foremost um, i tried to order this card this morning and it looks like i mean i got some dms with people having issues which was cool, that people were messaging me asking me the questions i didn't know.

The answer is, though, so i'm like. Well, let me find out so i went to order the card myself and the way you go to it is when you log on to your american express account, you go under account services and then you click on replace a card, and then you click on the Card you want to replace it and you obviously able to click the platinum card, and it should tell you that you want to replace the card and it should have been right there right, but it wasn't there when you instead of for me it was, you know, We have some we're having some issues processing your requests. Please give us a call, so i gave american express a call this morning and they said that there is a known issue right now with the website in the app on doing it. So the best way to obviously do it right now is really to just call them and have them order it for you.

So i've had a lot of issues um getting in, and so that's just what i'm having right now. So this is the page that it's supposed to look like right here, so it has all the three different card designs, and i want to also answer some of the frequently asked questions. That's actually on this right here, but uh. You have two options: when you apply for the card, you can click apply now and if you didn't click, my link down below it helps support the channel.

You get a nice sign up bonus. If you already have a platinum card, you can click, choose your design and when you click that and as long as you're logged in you should be able to, you know, make your your options now. Here's some of the frequently asked questions, because i know you guys have these questions so the first question: let me scroll through these really fast and make my um picks so the first one i'm going to pick is what um card members are eligible. So this is only eligible for additional platinum card members, uh and platinum card members.

So business, morgan, stanley, schwab goldman sachs not available right now. Okay, um can additional platinum card members choose one too. Yes, so if you have an authorized user, that's a platinum authorized user. They can do the same thing by calling or picking it um.

If this is not available for a limited time, it looks like these cards are going to be around for a long time. We shall see um if you select platinum card now kind of switch to art design. Later, yes, you can, after january 20th, you can do whatever one you want and no, you cannot have both the platinum card design and the regular card design, because you can't have. You cannot have double cards.

Okay, so those are the frequently asked questions again guys. The only card that right now you can get is the normal american express platinum card, not the business, not the schwab, not the morgan, stanley or any other co-branded amx platinum cards. You could possibly think of. Yes, a authorized platinum card user can get the card.

Apparently, these cards will be around for a little bit longer than limited time. Only but again we shall see. I don't know how long this will be. Um all the other cards i mean i'm thinking about it because of the rose gold card with amex gold.

It's still there, it went away for a quick second, but it came back. So we shall see how long these last, i guess it's going to vary on how popular the card is, is if it's being used, is it being chose or people are just sticking to the classic card design or if amex has already spent the money and they're Just going to keep it up there, so we shall see quick video if you guys are having issues again, just call the number on the back of your card. One thing i will say american express typically is pretty fast with getting these out to you. What is the shipping time frame it's being shipped by usps, so i'm going to show you a screenshot right here on my phone on my computer after it has been ordered for me, so i requested it today on january 20th and it's going to be shipped usps.

First class mail, which is like the slowest option: typically it's sent via fedex overnight, or something like that. So i'm expected to receive this on the 31st, which is pretty much february. So i'll do an unboxing for you guys. If you guys want to see what the uh card is, i got the abstract design.
