AMC Has up to 5 billion synthetic shares! as confirmed by Adam Aron
Ape needs to be delivered to customers on the 22nd, if the shares arent delivered, that creates APE FTDs, as they'll have to create temporary synthetics to give to us.
Either that, or they'll have to beg Adam Aron for more shares (which is convenient as Adam Aron has authorised up to 5 billion APE, a number he thinks could never be reached in the normal course of business).
Either way, we should soon know exactly how many synthetics are out there.
Unless, these brokers once again try to kick the can and manipulate their way around it, providing a cash replacement instead of the true dividend, so they dont have to beg for more shares or create FTDs.

Once again, thanks for your (always optimistic) AMC post. The title of vid is misleading.
My guess is if you have AMC in a margin account, or on margin, the brokers will bend whatever rules they have to say a ca$h replacement for APE dividend is their “policy”,, likely policy which was just conjured up in the last couple days… I think they can flex pretty hard on positions purchased with margin. Will call TD tomorrow & see what they say. What do you think?

So how do we get 10k or more a share when there is that many synthetics ? Man this sucks….that is way more then there is money on earth !! I used a calculator and 💩that is some 💩I never seen on a calculator before 5.E13 Googled and still don't know what it means…damn
<I respect your work mate. TA Is all well and good but I find it truly baffling that all major crypto youtubers just look at pure TA and completely Ignore the bigger narrative of why BTC is fluctuating and why the future outlook is more encouraging as it seems. It's kinda Irresponsible to ignore the fact that each ETF launch so far has caused a major dump at the peaks of BTC.. we were already on shaky footing with historically low volume and almost pure whale pumps, narrowly avoiding a long-term bear market.This Is the worst possible time in history to invest as so many don't back up their crypto assets…more emphasis should be put into day tradiing as it is less affected by the unpredictable nature of the market. I have made over 7 btc from day tradng with Kenny Clayborn, insights and signals in less than 3 weeks, this is one of the best medium to backup your assets incase it goes bearish..
Adam Aron confirmed he wants to sell 5 billion more shares…he is diluting without saying dilution…we need a vote to transform APE to AMC… And if he issues 5 billion more apes they can over rule the AMC shareholders to become common shares
Hi Thomas, I'm using IBKR , I'm a EU client and I received a notice in my IBKR account that I will receive a cash divident. I wrote to them, I'm still waiting for an answer, I called them, they didn't answer. What more can I do? Is this even legal, are they allowed to just give me a cash divident instead of an APE share For every AMC stock? Thanks!
Long story short, appears preferred equity units REQUIRE a stockholder(which is separate according to amcs own comparison chart) vote to CONVERT them. Here's the tricky part about what AA has done….he gave the equity units voting rights so they can sell APE to funds, who can then vote to dilute the "common" stock free float….so….holding my ape AND amc, if AA sells a bunch of ape and this hasn't popped yet, look out….bc he's helping them dilute amc through ape that way ….AA, you better not sell more ape b4 this pops….there was no reason for us common shareholders that have saved amc so far to want voting rights given on some bs we didn't even want.

The short sellers have to provide 98 million APE shares, but they aren't for sale yet, so in theory, they should have to start closing their short positions.
Although< I have interests in global economics I don't watch the news anymore… I have enough FUD lol.
