Hey subscribers, its time to add recovery stocks to your portfolio. This means cash flow positive and established companies that performed well during the crisis, but are expected to perform even better during a recovery and reopening of the economy.
Please take a look at Apple stock (AAPL) in this respect:
Lost 5% of share price over last 3 months.
Only 0.5% of short interest, smart money ainโ€™t betting against apple.
Constant 10% annual growth in revenue and profits.
Apple has a 29% EBITDA โ€“ one of the highest in the market, and will only go up as transition to services and streaming continues.
Reopening revenues will increase due to 5G roll out as well, this is just the beginning of the 5G earnings for apple
Apple service revenues to double in the next five years, and itโ€™s a double dip due to high margins.
This correction is a buying opportunity at a reasonable price. My target price is $163 which is over 30% of upside in an established, cash-flow positive and recovery friendly company. Itโ€™s a leader in its industry and will continue to be one and as Apple delivers more solid financial results, the stock price will go higher in the long, so buying the stock now when it dips makes most sense.

Note that past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Don't assume an investment will continue to do well in the future simply because it's done well in the past.
I currently hold no position in AAPL or any affiliated companies. I may open a long position in the future.
This is strictly my opinion, so do your own research and make up your own mind. This is not financial advice, just entertainment, so be careful!

I have 3800 shares and this stock has been the GIFT that keeps on giving BUY IT SIT ON IT and watch it continue to GROW plus you get a dividend
Plus they are a cash cow sitting with enough cash to buy most companies. Sooner or later they are going to purchase someone to compliment their business model. Owning Apple stock is a inflation fighter and better than having money in the bank. Plus they continue to buy their stock back which even if the stock does nothing the buyback alone will make the stock value to go up

Finally got into Apple after record sales. Of course a tech sell off has to happen right after I buy it.

Bought 765 shares of apple at 130, just last month. Now, it is at 116. Still a long term investor but down very quickly makes me wonder if I should have waited just a bit.

Idk where you are getting 10% revenue growth and net income growth every year Iโ€™m coming up with half that over the last 5 years at least that being said Iโ€™m pulling the numbers from their 10k page 22 if anyone else is interested. EPS is about 10% a year but thatโ€™s mostly due to buybacks. Are my numbers wrong here genuinely curious?

  25. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars JWorthy says:

Ive bought 220 shares since right after the 4 to 1 split in late August. Six months in now I am down about 800 total. I was up 4k about 3 and a half weeks ago.

  26. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Give Me Five says:

If you look at a large airline group such as IAG, how could you possibly say that they are currently 'over-valued'? IAG stands to grow 500-600% just to reach its pre-covid valuation. Individual airlines may be risky, but large airline groups and 3rd party travel services are obvious rebound investments. My IAG investment is currently up 27% and is still growing vs. APPL and my other tech stocks which are haemorrhaging value. In my view, hedging tech with rebound stocks e.g. Diageo, Heineken, IAG, Boeing is the way to avoid your portfolio crashing when inflation hits.
