Find the open door because guess what there's opportunity everywhere, if you're willing to look around ever feel like you're banging your head against the wall? Do you ever read the book u-squared where the guy talks about the fly that he notices sitting there banging over and over again against the glass desperately trying to get out trying to fight its way through the glass which is never gon na happen and guess what It's like i've seen a lot of people do right now, they're literally fighting doing the same thing that isn't working over and over again and they're wondering what the heck is going on or worse, they stopped working. If you stop working, you know it's already over, but if you're banging your head against that glass or against that wall or you're simply doing things that no longer apply in today's environment, it's on you you're the one. That's got to stop. Take a breath! Look for another path, find the open door, because guess what there's opportunity everywhere, if you're willing to look around right, it's economic darwinism, that's what we're experiencing right! Now i talked about it at the summit last year.
I talked about it two years ago. It's not the fastest, it's not the fittest, it's not the smartest, it's the ones that are the most adaptive to change. That is, who survives and thrives. This is just one of those moments.
That's putting the squeeze on a lot of people to adapt and change. Look. I got friends that are in their 70s and 80s doing zoom cocktail parties hanging out with their buddies. I don't want to hear another person say i'm not comfortable with technology.
This isn't my thing. No one cares. You learn how to drive. You might have even figured out how to drive a stick shift if you're in the real estate business and you figured out the damn mls, you can do anything that you decide to that.
You decide to lean into because look the alternatives. You do that and guess what eventually your wings run out of energy and you die. This is not the time for that. We got ta.
Look around. We got ta find the other options. We got ta explore new tools, we got ta, learn new things. We got ta, adapt it's economic darwinism right, that's what's going on right now and you and i we're gon na keep adapting we're gon na keep changing we're gon na keep pivoting we're gon na keep adjusting, because we recognize that this is our time.
I'm talking to you, this is your time. Adapt change, pivot, make the move. No complaining! That's what we do we step up and we lead see you soon.

I joined a small firm on NC in 2019 and the owner was hm, control freak and greedy individual! So from July till March of 2020 I made zero $ and zero transactions, and as soon as I secure my first contract he fired me ! ( lovely memory for rest of my career)

Yes! And you cannot always move straight for the “cheese” whatever that may be. The fly won’t get right through just because he sees where he wants to go!!! There are “x” many steps and you have to find out what they are….THEN DO THEM!!!!
