A massive short squeeze is coming. Hedge funds and asset managers hold record over-leveraged short positions in companies like AMC, Ape and others. These funds could find themselves on the wrong side of a nasty short squeeze.
Credit Suisse' CDS' just hit record highs. UBS' just hit decade highs and Goldman Sachs' are rising significantly too.
This is likely to cause a massive wave of liquidations across the market, and tons of loans to be recalled. Credit Suisse was handing out billion $ loans to hedge funds and also facilitating total return swap trades with them to build giant, hidden, short positions.

If the banks go bankrupt? How can they ever pay us for our shares? If the government will never let them fail; how would they ever allow the squeeze before stepping in and screwing us? I’m a big shareholder but these questions trouble me

OK Tom but if hedge funds are shorting at record levels and stocks are crashing down which they are NOW, then this is GOOD for hedge funds,they make big profits FACT, we need the market and especially AMC and APE to go up? but they are expecting the market to go down much more, where's the squeeze?
