Confidence is earned by doing the work. Confidence is earned by doing the work, so so many people are saying to me, i'm coming off 2020 and i just don't feel confident like it's like i lost my swag yeah. I sold some houses, but there's just been so many things. I was forced into the digital transformation of my work: life in my home life and we're 300 days into this, and i've just lost some confidence.
What do i do to get it back? I was interviewing a pal mine on my podcast you'll, see it phil gerdes, and i think he just said it beautifully. Confidence is earned by doing the work. Confidence is earned by doing the work. You don't get confident then make the phone call.
You don't get confident and then ask the person out, you don't get confident and then take the action. You take the action and guess what happens you become confident. 2021 is going to be a remarkable year for many people. I hope it is for you.
