These types of routines are routines that actually create doubt lack limitation, no energy uncertainty. More the same. It's just going to get you more of the same, like the wonderful book that marshall goldsmith wrote many years ago. The the hook of the whole book is like what got you here won't get you there, so you and i we talk to people all day every day, right, like that's the business that we're in we're trying to help people, identify their problems and create solutions for Them it's what we do right, so i talk to people all the time when they say to me.

Look i'm really struggling here, or this isn't working or that isn't working or i just feel like this is my favorite. I just feel like i'm in a rut like things just aren't going my way. Every time i hear that i ask just one question: how are your routines? What routines did you used to do that you're no longer doing, or are there routines that you're in producing a similar result? Are you drinking too much at night? Are you not getting enough rest? Are you not going to the gym in the morning? These types of routines are routines that actually create doubt lack limitation, no energy uncertainty versus the things that we know that when we do the thing we get the power. How many times do we have to say that the bottom line is this like if you're right now watching this video in one of the single greatest economies, we've seen in a long time coming way out of the v? If you're not getting the kind of results, you want right now check your routines.

That's the simple answer check your routines, because, whatever you do repeatedly over and over, it becomes your reality so check your routines. What got you here won't get you there.

    I had JUST posted this in my TC Group before seeing this –

    I thought I lost my fitbit Saturday am – The morning of the most walkiest day of the week for me, especially last week.

    I was running late as it was and I got really meh at myself, but moved on.

    Still hadn't found yesterday and realized how much my motivation was draining when I wasn't going to be tracking.

    I mean steps don't count unless I read them off a little clip, right?

    However, I also know myself, and had a moment being very realistic that this could lead to huge slip in the routines I've been working on but also been a bit wiggly on the past few days.

    So I was about to suck it up and justify that another $100 for another fitbit was going to be worth it – which it would have – if it kept me on my upswing.

    Luckily, that permission also shifted my mindset enough to stop, breathe and maybe look behind a door…I did bring in a big light to help my blind eyes and lo & behold – FOUND!

    Granted, I've now turned on the tracking device it comes with – thought it was automatic, also felt better I'm not the only one, so the woosah was high.

    So was the motivation of that to me personally Epic WIN – that it kick started some of the other things I needed to do and boom they were done in 10 mins?

    Moral of the story –

    Whatever tools/things keep you on your routines to success, they are valuable, they are important and they are allowed to be replaced if lost/broken – you deserve the things that help you do what you need to do

    Tracking your successes helps to generate momentum to more successes. Motivation doesn't come first – Action Does.

    WRITE IT DOWN AND LOOK AT IT – YOU DID THAT – GO YOU!

    Don't wait for inspiration – going through the motions sometimes helps the muscle memory to take over and leave room for the brain to find the glitter spark to get you re-ignited towards your goals & dreams
