So many people are stuck in a rut. I ask myself all the time if i'm here and i want to get there four things, so we've all thought about it before what got you here simply won't get you where you want to go. You've got to change your routines. You've got to do new things, and yet so many people are stuck in a rut.

I ask myself all the time if i'm here and i want to get there, four things number one. What am i going to do more of like what's working that if i did more of what's working like i ran more of those plays, i'm gon na get even more results, but then the question i got ta ask myself is: what do i need to be Doing less of and that's where a lot of people get stuck, maybe it's less time on netflix. Maybe it's less time you know checking email. What do you need to do less of it's important, but you spend too much time doing it.

Then i ask myself the big questions. What do i need to start doing? What are the new disciplines? What are the new habits i need to create? If i want to go from here to there in any area of my life, i'm going to have to start some new things. You know that area where you get uncomfortable, where it's like. Oh, isn't it weird how under stress and tension we always go to what's comfortable instead of doing the things we know, we need to start the stuff, that's actually going to catapult us outside of our normal every day.

Today, like achieve the things we want to achieve, so what do you need to start doing, but then the one that's the hardest and the one you know you need to focus on. What do you need to stop doing? What do you need to stop doing in order to have more time to have more joy to go after the things that you want to? Do it's it's cliche, but it was a wonderful book title. What got you here won't get you there. What do you need to do more of less of start doing and stop doing to truly have the life you want and the business you desire go.
