Align Your Behaviors with Your Goals
As life returns to normal, it’s time to decide what you really want to achieve. And then figure out if the actions you’re taking will actually get you there. Let’s talk about it in today’s Mindset Monday.

Staying up too late, am i not getting up early? Do i not have a morning routine? Am i not making my phone calls? Well, listen if your goals are here and your behaviors are over here, guess which one wins hey as the world normalizes. A lot of people are saying to me: how do i just get back into that sort of pre-coveted groove? And i always say it's very simple: you always start with what are your goals? What is it you're committed to? What are you trying to accomplish like what is the reason you're doing all this work, and then i ask: where are your behaviors? So if you tell me hey, my goal is to make 100 000 or 100 000 a month. I then say: well: where are your behaviors? Are your behaviors over here? Like am i staying up too late? Am i not getting up early? Do i not have a morning routine, am by not making my phone calls? Well listen! If your goals are here and your behaviors are over here, guess which one wins? It's always your behaviors, your behaviors. I can literally look at and i can dictate your future.

So what do you have to do? You got to get honest about what it is. You really want as you, whether it's re-entering the workforce or re-entering your version of normalcy or you're just fed up and you want to get after it. Then you got to get really honest. What do i really do every single day and what is the highest and best use of my time, and if i can marry the two and align the two together? That's where you find purpose and passion and success.

And yes, it's a grind and it's a struggle to make that transition it's hard to go from here to there. I get it. I understand, but you know what the alternative is. You don't achieve the goals and you only get what's over here.

So guess what choose your hard.
