Stop Seeking the Quick Fix
Get up. Work my butt off. Go to bed. Repeat... I recently calculated I’ve done that more than 11 THOUSAND days since I joined this industry. But it wasn’t until I’d done it about 8,500 times that I gained any real notoriety. I hope my point is clear... whenever you think someone is an “overnight success,” they’ve likely put in thousands of hours – or days, even – to get where they are. Stop looking for the quick fix and do the work.

It's about you looking in the mirror and asking yourself: how can i just get one percent better in this piece of my life or in this piece of my business and then setting the time aside, to get better to improve? There's absolutely no such thing as an overnight success. You show me someone that has had a meteoric rise in their career and i will show you a person that has put in years, if not decades, over and over doing the things that gave them the power that allowed them to elevate their career and suddenly have A voice, the success they want, that's what it takes like, so many people are always looking for like what's the fastest way to get there. What's the easiest way to get there, i'm going to tell you. I just looked on my phone, i'm 11 316 days into what will finish at the end of september, my 32nd year of doing this, and it wasn't until eight years ago that i don't know all the work started to show up call that 20 to 23 years Of doing it doing it delivering value, making changes, making phone calls helping people moving things forward and then suddenly you get recognized.

My point to you is simply this: wherever you find yourself today, life is a marathon and being successful being of value being of worth to others takes time. It's about you, looking in the mirror and asking yourself. How can i just get one percent better in this piece of my life or in this piece of my business and then setting the time aside to get better to improve, and then you know what happens 22 years later, they're like that gal's kicking ass, she's. Doing really good or that guy's really made a name for himself stop looking for the quick fixes, stop looking for the fastest hacks, we know what it is.

It's about the brilliant basics, it's about recognizing the things that you do, that make a difference in your business and doing them over and over and over and over, and even when you don't feel like doing it, you do it anyway. It's called scaling yourself by doing the brilliant basics. There's no such thing as an overnight success, stop looking for it, i'm 11 316 days in based upon my calculation, and you know what i'm still working on every day, and i hope you are too.
