If you're clear, on what you're, building and you're clear on, why you're doing it and who you're doing it for then you get clear on what are the unique factors? What do we do or do we help people save money? Do all people make more money? Do we do it faster? Do it better? The big vision for all of us is: what are your unique factors? What are your unique factors? What do you do that is special and different. So i talked to a major mortgage company today and the ceo is telling me you know mike. Why should i use you because you know you're, basically you're a commodity right and and his unique factor was: will we treat our people better? Okay? Well, that's great! But how does that translate? How do i measure it is that enough is? If i go to your website, do i read that i was on his website. I didn't read any of that and i'm not busting his chops because he's got a wonderful business.
But my point is, if you're clear, on what you're, building and you're clear on, why you're doing it and who you're doing it for then you get clear on what are the unique factors? What do we do or do we help people save money, do well people make more money. Do we do it faster? Do it better? You know, like everyone says, oh i do white glove experience. I'm like really. Can you send me the documented process of your white glove experience? If he goes no, i said so.
It just means that when they call you answer the phone and it doesn't matter what time of the day it is or day of the week, is that the kind of business that you want is that what you're building that sounds like a job a 24 hour Day, seven day a week, job, not a business.
