Giving the dealership 48 hours that sold my twin turbo Lamborghini From right now to write me a check for the full sale price of my Lambo or I'm going to sue them and my lawyer is going to be in contact with them I've already made contact with the dealership, they're aware of what's going on to grant them Grace I'm not going to list them right now, but in 48 hours I will hear me out and you let me know down in the comment section if I'm overreacting my twin turbo Lamborghini was for sale on consignment I Wanted to ask you how long would you wait to receive payment for a vehicle that was sold for you regardless of the price of the car. Would you wait a few days? Would you wait a few weeks? What about a month? What about nearly 2 months? My vehicle was sold on December 14th, 2023 I wasn't even told I was messaged by the buyer on Instagram that he had my car and he was driving around I was sent by other people that follow me pictures of my car being driven around. Imagine that I reached out to the dealership. they're like oh, we just sold it a few days ago.
No, you sold it on December 14th and you lied to me. They lied to me on the sell price of the car and they're also just delaying.
I’d wait as long as it was to clear escrow… the. Demand my money
ricky will know the dealership owns him interest
Sue them, they screw over regular hard working people on the daily.
Guys, y’all have just one side of the story 😂
They are earning interest on that money.
Depends , I think a week is reasonable
Rich people problems. I know it sucks, but in a way….. I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM!! 😃
Just sue them. Crying on the internet isn’t doing anything.
Oh no, random strangers on the internet should feel bad the guy in a huge house with two expensive cars behind him is out a few bucks…. Rich people are so removed from reality it’s insane
They making money off your money.
screw them bro , don't refund sue those bastards
Looks like bro is going to court. Shame that the dealership is so shitty
They have until they receive the negotiable title
I used to own a dealership. And when I heard these stories the customers never end up getting their money back sad to say…
You look tired asf my boy
Only leverage you have is to ask your lawyer to make a deal by threatening to defame the dealership. Looks like you’re on the right track. In the future, sell your car yourself and don’t expect a stealership to make you money 🤦🏻♂️
Whatever.
HMU p
Yeah they were using your cash to make some money
It takes time sometimes man just depends how the payment was processed. Sometimes the banks will put a hold on releasing funds until the car is 100% off the hands of the dealer. I forget what it’s called but some take longer than others it’s works the same way when working sales and commission from the dealership. About the sale price tho.. I’m not surprised; most used car dealers are very crooked and have their ways of skimming customers year round. Helps to actually work for a living and get some experience in the world before you have money but hey, good for you bud lol
Sue them.
Based on what you are telling us, right on brother, let the public know.
Being way more patient then me 2weeks would be pushing it for me.
Definitely would've gotten a lawyer without informing them. Suprise them like they suprised you
Just got my XeventyCoin XVT during the presale.
Xeventy's AI-driven investment approach is what the financial world needs right now.
You are in the right. They don't have a leg to stand on in court.
You shouldve got the money max week after the sale imo
Drama queen 👸
Posting on YouTube is a waste of time unless you are going to out the dealership and ruin their reputation. Just have your lawyer file the lawsuit. It will make them pay up immediately.
