So today is the day. This is part three of suing the car dealership that sold my twin turbo Lamborghini nearly 2 months ago but would refuse to pay me for it. Imagine that your car gets sold. the owner of the dealership tells you that they have the funds that they've given possession of your Lambo to the new buyer but they're not paying you for and then 6 weeks go by and still no payment.
So I brought it to you guys here I wanted to see if I was overreacting before I moved forward with my attorney and you guys made it very clear that I was not a lot of you guys were even saying that I shouldn't even give this dealership 48 hours, that I should put them on blast right now and that I should sue them but guess what? I understand that not everyone's perfect and I wanted to give this dealership the final 48 hours to make things right. and thanks to all of you guys here on my social media platform that applied the pressure and that made it possible this morning I received the final transfer of the $275,000 is what I settled for. but if you want to learn more about this story I shared it on my YouTube channel which is either linked in my bio or feel free to look it up on YouTube.

I really want to know the reason this dealership had your car in the first place and why they sold your vehicle without your knowledge. Unless there was a signed document giving them permission to sell and a grace period to pay I’d move ahead with the suit

So what did the consignment contract say regarding payment?? You haven't mentioned that plus, 100% of consignment stores, shops etc. Don't pay you as soon as your thing/so are sold. Why the hell didn't you sell ut yourself, entitlement maybe?

But you are right- take the high road on this, but DO NOT sign an NDA to keep their name quiet, they’ll just do it to the next 10 guys.

I wouldn't have accepted a penny under the final sale price. They took your car, sold it, wouldn't tell you, or let you know even after both parties laying out the plan. They then, even after being caught out, still gave PUSHBACK on giving you the money as if they're entitled to a god damn cent of it. They even used it for advertising in an effort to lend credibility to their dealership. They costed you money from the buyer after failing to disclose the camera issue. The way I see it, business and mistakes are all well and good and understandable, but the negligence and mishandling is atrocious on EVERY level. Though I am glad for you that you got the bulk of your money, it's just disgusting that it had to come to this in order for them to be honest. Trash.
