All right, so let's talk about the $63 billion that Tesla lost today. What's going on? If you feel like we earned it, let me go ahead and start sharing my screen. Uh, two of my trades that I took today.

they kicked off during my live trading session with the Lpp team. Again, if you want to watch me trade live as soon as tomorrow, it's the second link in the description down below, but one of the positions that I actually took was a long position on Dwac. Now I've been shorting Dwac as it became very over bought and was retracing down to the moving average. but I sent a message to my Lpp team during today's pre-market session and said hey, uh, Dwac hit lows of $34 maybe be the lookout for a potential bounce.

It ended up even hitting lows of $32 a share during normal trading hours, which really got me kind of motivated to entertain the idea of going long on it instead of shorting it. So I waited for a little bit more confirmations of a reversal. uh and I entered my position I ended the day at $7,700 for Dwac and on coin which was a short position meaning I made money as it sold off made a little bit over $4,400 But the big one that everyone is talking about right now is Tesla Tesla lost 12.13 during normal trading hours or 35% including ex. um, extended hours.

And the wild thing about this is that it wiped $73 billion off of its market cap valuation. Uh, it's not a good day for Elon but again, even on his worst day, maybe like today is still any of our best days, right? Uh, With that being said, the question that everyone is asking, is it now time to buy Tesla Now I'm just sharing my thoughts with you guys, so you guys let me know down in the comment section what you think Tesla's next support range that I see is around 155 to 160 and looking at previous patterns although Tesla is oversold, look at the NASDAQ market and the NASDAQ Market on the one hour time frame is now beginning to trade below the EMA. So if we do begin to see some selling pressure, especially with the economic report that's going to be released tomorrow, we have Pce prices which pretty much just tracks for the average home, um, spending. Um, I'm sorry it, it tracks the average home spending in the entire United States it's it's a uh, specific gauge that the Federal Reserve really likes to pay attention to and there's a specific expectation and based off of what is reported tomorrow will determine if the market goes up or down.

We also have big Tech reporting earnings next week. Uh, like you know, Um, well, the bigger Tech as in Apple Google Microsoft and stuff like that. Tomorrow we have Caterpillar ticker symbol cat American Express all reporting earnings tomorrow Friday is not normally when really large companies or at least not very large tech companies choose to report earnings. but other than that I Wanted to make sure that you guys were aware of the economic reports.

Personal income spending, personal income all get released right before the Market opens. This is 1 hour before and that's at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time including the Pce prices which of course again is one of the favorite measures or gauges for the Federal Reserve. And then next week we have the Fomc rate decision will which will determine if the Federal Reserve is going to cut interest rates or if Federal Reserve is going to pause.

Now why is this important? Well if NASDAQ Market is already beginning to pull on back and based off of what is reported tomorrow, can actually determine if the market actually and actively begins to sell off. and if NASDAQ begins to sell off, then that should only cause more selling pressure on something like Tesla. So when again asking that specific question, can Tesla get cheaper? the simple answer is yes Because the market is so overbought, it's kind of just like a perfect recipe for disaster. The market is very overbought, but Tesla is already very oversold.

but if NASDAQ begins to sell off then it will only cause more selling pressure. More fear also in Tesla and that's kind of the unfortunate part where again it's just important to take into consideration not just where Tesla is in its overall overbought and oversold levels, but also taking into consideration where the NASDAQ and S&P 500 is because those do influence individual stocks like Tesla itself. So again, I'm looking to see if we find a potential support right around 160. But if it does begin to indicate signs of a reversal and actually show signs of higher highs and higher lows, then I could potentially entertain the idea of a swing trade, but in my opinion, it's just too early to tell there's too much selling pressure.

and based off of where the NASDAQ Market currently is, it's overbought enough that if it does begin to sell off should only cause more selling pressure on Tesla I just wanted it be I Just wanted this video to be a very simple video for you to understand kind of what my Approach and my opinion is about where Tesla is right now and whether I think it's either a good buy or something to maybe hold off until direction is a little bit more clear or there's more signs of a solid support right? Why Try to predict the future when you can simply wait to prepare. Um, other than that, again, I will be trading live.
