This is why we don't have more female prop. Traders It was very easy for me to say oh wait, if those guys can do it, I can do it. And so for the females in your audience, what I would say to them is if Shay can do it, you can do it too. So much of the prop world is so hungry for higher diversity and for hiring more female Traders and I Feel like on the institutional side in sales and trading and research and wealth management.

There's a lot of females out there in those roles, but on the side it's still lacking. And what's so hard about the job is the learning curve leads to so much failure. but inevitably you need one to break through and set that example on the prop side. And so my challenge to your audience is yes, Shay did it on the retail side, which one of you will lead the way and be that shining example on the prop.
