Itโ€™s as simple as THINK FOR YOURSELF โ€“ APPLY HEALTHY SKEPTICISM – DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. All humans act in their own self interest when it comes to money & every business person has their own agenda at heart – they wouldnโ€™t be successful otherwise. And when someone has to lose in order for others to win that self interest is turned up to 100.
Itโ€™s why forums & open discussion & outside regulation are so vital because sometimes itโ€™s hard to see where the self interest is โ€“ easy to see the pure narcissism of the short seller, who canโ€™t even see how heโ€™s insulting retail investors by implying they are just angry at the world & he's an easy target (pu-lease!) . Harder to see with Chamath because the red flags are better hidden โ€“ using SPACs to avoid due diligence, quoting full purchase price as โ€˜revenueโ€™ (just as big a pu-lease!) , and relying on peopleโ€™s lack of knowledge about the real estate market to suggest that it should be as easy to sell your brick & mortar home (a valuable physical asset) as trading a virtual stock in a virtual exchange. Donโ€™t follow anyone blindly, and make sure you are making decisions in YOUR best interests โ€“ not theirs.

Through in-depth discussion Jared Wesley Russell encourages us to regularly focus on our goals in life and then to financially plan with us to reach our aims. This approach fully integrates life plans and the financial plans and makes very good sense. Jared Wesley simplifies a complex subject keeping us well informed of the latest changes and adjusting our mindset to suit the current legislation. Why Hedge Funds are the Heroโ€™s we need:
The free market gives these investigative reporters a financial incentive to Expose FRAUD and keep CEOs and management honest.
Banks, Rating Agencies, and Mutual funds in 2008 conspired together but were Exposed by Hedge Funds.
Bad actors have existed for decades such as Enron the most powerful and corrupt energy company in America
    Or
Valeant Pharmaceuticals known for buying up the competition and raising drug prices.
Have all been exposed by Hedge Funds for lying to the public, false accounting, and stealing from customers.
We didnโ€™t ask for them but we need them.
WARNING: Bad actors have increasingly been going dark by turning to private equity, away from the eyes of the public.
Robinhood for instance is one of these private companies that should go public, there is far to much we do not know from them acting as a broker or to how they handle user data.

Let me start with saying there are two types of people Sharks and fish . Chamath and hedge fund mgrs are sharks and some of the WSB are also sharks. Sharks always eat fish. Worst thing that can happen to a shark is they get bit. End of the day the fish are losers. Guys everyone should look out for themselves . Chamath and Elon need the retail investors so they will support WSB

  22. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars random stuff says:

Chamath is just playing the WSB people. There are 3 parties in this event, 1) Value investors that did research and found the stock, Deepfuckingvalue and Micheal Burry. 2) Hedge Funds that overshorted the stock and got really greedy, 3) WSB people who wanted to stick it to the hedge funds. The people who made money on GME were the people who bought it when it was still before 20 dollars.

If you want to start a business you need to play by the business world's rules to get there. That said; if you believe in Chamath's idea's for making money while creating change. Then your investment decision is simple. Key word investment.
The GME squeeze is over, done, finished. The moment trading was restricted the opportunity to continue producing diamonds was lost. If your still holding shares you have to ask yourself. Do you believe the board of GME will create a return on your investment.
