If I buy 1,000 shares of a company right now, and then sell all of those shares in an hour, is that allowed? How many times can I do that? What is considered a trade? Is buying and selling 2 trades? What if they happen on different days?

Paper trading I swing traded DGAZ bought Friday went 300 in negative so I didnt sell but kept and today already sold for 1100 profit.
No time is better than now to buy bitcoins. Reason is that we are at the verge of a strong bull run.
