Doing this idea doesnโt save you money on Realtor fees, it gives you an opportunity to 1 on 1 negotiate with a seller because youโre the guy with the solution to their problems.. realtor fees are SO small when it comes to this stuff. You โsaveโ your money when you negotiate with the seller, not from realtor fees.

Hey Ricky, I have a somewhat different question than what you probably usually see. After the attacks on the Saudi oil wells, DWT fell dramatically and I bought in very close to the bottom of its fall. I ended up holding my position until it had reached closer to its price before it fell and made significant profit relative to my starting investment. Afterwards, I realized that I am literally benefiting off of war, and the oil and gas which is destroying our planet. Do you see any moral/ethical dilemmas when trading these commodities, when you see whatโs happening around the world and to our planet? I think this topic is an extremely complex one and I would value your input, thank you!

As a buyer you don't pay any additional fees when working with an agent and there are numerous reasons to use a qualified professional to buy or sell. My wife has been an agent for 20+ years and you have no clue the issues that come up.
