Sir plzzzz help me. My account is cash account in tdameritrade with $500 and i traded with 264$ and now it is in unsettled position. In that time i applied for margin account, cash to margin. But after applied, my buying power amount is $0. And i can't trade.but it is still showing my $500 cash account balance.but buying power is 0 .
What is the problem? And now how can i change to cash account back.?

I have a question for anybody familiar with Robinhood. I bought 40 shares of USO last week at $2.67 a share, this morning the stock is around $17 a share however Its only showing I have 5 shares?? Where did my other 35 shares go? Any help is appreciated

I lost 4.5K a week and a half ago(80% of my account) because I thought oil could not go any lower, and it did. That has been my biggest loss to this day, thought I would never recover from that.
But I have learnt a lot from that loss. Now I'm less than 1K away from making that money back. Most of it I made it with oil futures, riding the swings up and down, but being somewhat conservative and cutting losses very quickly. There's a lot of money to be made with futures, but you have to sacrifice your life if you want to get the most of it, because it trades for 23 hours a day and you have to be on top of it all the time.

I bought ticker sign OIL at $1.90 thinking I got a good deal at a 52-week low and I mean A LOT!!! I thought I was getting a good investment here but now the stock is getting redeemed and I won’t be able to sell it in the future back up at $10. Today (Monday 4-27-2020) I was about to enter DGAZ at $232, but unfortunately at open market it was too late $270, ridiculous. Too many greedy people playing overnight. How the heck is that possible. It ruined potential $600 bucks I was going to make.

If you can't watch the entire video this is for you. OPEC and allies are set to slow down production of oil starting May 1. This is one step forward but analyst still see the glut of oil to be a problem so we might see prices drop more as storage issues continue.
