I read in the TD fee breakdown that there is a $13.99 fee when trading ETF's short term. This essentially factors me out of short term ETF trading as I am trying to grow a small account over many short term swings.
Is that accurate or am I reading the fee breakdown wrong?

Essentially what he's saying is that for those with small accounts the game is up. You're going to need much larger position size to be able make the same returns on the inverse ETFs that track NASDAQ. Well it was good whilst it lasted…
