Dude this is great stuff, I’ve being doing a lot of reading and research in real estate, buy and hold will be the goal. I’ll probably start with single family homes but i would like to scale much faster and thinking of transition into multi family like Apartment buildings.

I know you mentioned you met Nic through social media and I’m assuming you been knowing him for quite some time.
So here’s my question,
When it comes to borrowing a loan to a friend do you still follow protocol and have him sign an agreement? Or do you just do it out of kindness and hope he pays you back. I’m not trying instigate but I have had friends asked me to borrow money and I have declined due to bad experiences I have had in the past. Please I would love to know more on how you deal w/ this when it comes to lending a quarter of a million dollars.. Please follow up! 🙂
