Hi! I need an advice here. I bought a couple calls on LVGO that expire in 2 weeks. Since this stock went from buy to Hold and took a big dip. What would you do in my shoes?

I believe it's not going to crash for 4 reasons. 1. Over the last few months I've seen total manipulation Of stocks. 2. The stock market is technically stronger than it used to be due to an increase in online trading. 3. The Dow has had so many pull backs over the last few years. It it's 29, 000 then pulls back to 22-25. It's done it several times already. I believe those small corrections over the last few years is keeping the stock market from completely crashing. 4. Because of the increase online trading, trading in other countries are up. Especially in retail stocks and penny stocks. It's actually way up. I think 45% overall outside of the U.S. But overall I believe it's not going to crash because it's too manipulated to crash right now. Covid19 pandemic shutting down the entire planet being proof of what I'm saying. It actually should have crashed. Especially China's market.
Trading stocks isn't for everyone, have a plan and strategy for how you would trade them
Would it be more profitable to short the NASDAQ or buy into the SQQQ?

Thanks for the video Ricky. Would you mind explaining how you deal with the slippage on SQQQ? I’m making some assumptions here.. unless you’re getting filled at your bid/ask every time, it’s reasonable to say that you’re losing 2 cents to slippage per trade frequently, which means you have to capture a minimum of an additional 3 cents to make it worth the risk. On top of that, there’s usually a 2-3 cents move before getting confirmation of a break on the EMA and/or MACD crossover. Totaling this to a 7-8 cents move on the SQQQ, it doesn’t seem reasonable to trade this regularly.. but you’re obviously doing it and you’re consistently profitable. I would really appreciate your input on this. Thanks man!

Any bozo can predict after a long term bull market there will be a correction. Just be sure to have available cash to dump into the market on the next dip.

it is possible we continue higher due to rotation, out of tech into services thats lagging

I agree that the market is and has been overextended. As long as the fed continues to provide stimulus and as long as another big c19 wave doesnt hit we should have more upside potential, especially since the market isnt really following "the rules" . Now the crash, between August and December is my guess. The fed created a soft pillow for the market to land on. Maybe 20-30% drop around the time the economy starts up again, and then full steam ahead. There are too many catylsists right now to make a fair assessment. With my knowledge I can really onle predict 6 mo to a year out. Best of luck everyone, God bless.
